Tom was willing to negotiate price and order items for me that I requested be included with my purchase without a hassle. Liz is honest, kind, and authentic - after the interaction I felt I had made a friend. She gave me her personal cell number for updates on the vehicle I purchased and on her day off came to personally deliver the car to me an hour away to ensure I would be handed off the car efficiently and as quickly as possible. I would not have wanted to purchase my first car from anyone else... an absolute queen!

I purchased my BMW in April. Car runs great, zero issues. When I bought it I got tire insurance. Shame on me for not looking more closely. I noticed it said tire and cosmetic insurance. Cosmetic for a 2016? Why would I buy that? So I canceled it two days letter. I have a letter stating as such and told me my money would be returned and place on my principal. The company BMW purchased insurance with hasn't answered emails and phone has a voicemail that is full, of course. I would think BMW of Norwood would be able to call for me to get this done, but obviously have not! I honestly never do this!! In fact this is the first time I have ever done this. I am beyond frustrated!! I am rather shocked that BMW of Norwood would be like this. I am hoping to add to this by saying BMW of Norwood helped, but if the previous 50+ days is any indication I won't be.

In April this year, I applied for and got approved to order a new BMW x3 with them. Please note that my down payment was already accepted and a lease was signed also to secure this sale transaction. Now that everything was all set, I had been waiting patiently for more than a month long. However, without any previous communications, all of a sudden, someone from their department emailed me and notified me that that my order was canceled. I was provided with a 'funny' excuse that 'due to my oversea identification, they will have to 'tear up' our contract and give my car away to someone else, as my working visa is still in process with USCIS'?! Honestly, I am really shocked by this action. Although this is my first time leasing a car in the US, I do have a lot of friends who leased cars, who are also on either working visa or OPT(Optional Practice Training for F-1 visa student); oversea identification should not have become an issue at all when it comes to car purchase/leasing, well, at least with the other branches, this was NEVER an issue. Additionally, as of this moment today, I have NEVER heard anything back about my down payment still. If you cannot sell a car to your potential customer, PLEASE do not take any payment from him/her. And if you really do need the money THAT bad, even willing to risk the cost of breaking your customer loyalty, then at least you should be honest about the true reason for terminating a signed and paid contract! BMW, as your loyal customer (yes, my family has been a loyal customer to you and purchased several cars from you), I would like to ask you, since when, selling a customer's already reserved car aways to someone else in exchange for a higher price, without this customer's consent, has become your new service standard? I am truly disappointed. So guys, if you do need a car indeed, avoid this branch

Here I am with a new vehicle (used) after a slew of inadequate mechanics I came back, I drive down from Boston. My same consultant is still there, but saw a new one. Update: since last year they have remodeled the inside, looks great. More room on the first floor while you wait for your service to be finished.

The service from BMW of Norwood this week was perfect. They replaced a tire that was flat and found that I needed a second tire replaced and they took care of that. They gave me a loaner for a day, washed my car, and it was all covered by extended warranty. The team here is always professional and friendly. I highly recommend BMW of Norwood.
