What a great experience. Usually I despise going into cell phone carrier locations. I usually do it all online. This time, I needed to add a new line and a tablet line so I was hoping it would be easier and faster going into the store. Andre the manager was GREAT! So was his staff. They were laughing, having fun, saying hello to customers that they were familiar with and still took care of my needs. I was a former Sprint customer, so they had to spend quite some time over the phone with Sprint CS (which can be a bit difficult at times). The team got it all done. BRAVO! Thank you! We will see you again.

Providing good customer service is great but not when you make fun of every customer that walks out of the store on a daily basis. Customer insults are regular and don’t expect it to be to your face. The women that work here are extremely judgemental and bully. I stuck out working here for a little over a year and wouldn’t recommend working at Tmobile to anyone. On top of it, after leaving the company due to mistreatment, I sent my mother in to get her free screen protector. I recently took off the insurance this last month because $18 per phone is absolutely ridiculous (other carries don’t charge close to that). I got letters in the mail that we are eligible on the P360 plan until today August 23rd, 2020. My mother was rudely told that “she never has had insurance” and had to leave without the protector.
