If you're looking for a refreshing, no sales pressure but informative car buying experience of a well maintained and serviced used car, especially European luxury, TMC is the dealership to visit and worthy of consideration on your dealerships list. They clearly are selective of the trade-ins and cars they purchase and for a small dealership that's important and makes TMC unique. I recently purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport SL after visiting three Nissan dealerships that weren't good experiences even though they had cars. It was the sales tactic that became exhausting and at times, absolutely intolerable. This car was fairly priced and in immaculate condition. Their doc fee was 2/3 less than dealerships which is more reasonable for its value. I worked with Tim and Rick throughout the process who treated you as if you were next door neighbors. Communication from the initial phone call to text messages and emails were timely, direct and honest.I liked the fact I didn't have a salesman in the car for the test drive. The test drive is for the buyer, not the salesman! Total buying process was phenomenal, approximately 2 hrs. Compare that to 1/2-full day at a dealership to either walk away or get coerced into an unhappy deal. Been there, done that. Never again. To the TMC owners and staff, I salute you. To all you potential buyers reading this review, if you see a car in their inventory, I highly recommend a visit and a chat with TMC. Topsfield may be a bit of a travel but it's worth it. It was for me.

Have gone here many time to look at some cars. Every single time they have had the highest quality cars I have seen. I personally buy and sell cars myself so I like to stay away from dealerships but this would be the only one I could see myself buying from. When there yestarday and the car I wanted to look at was already sold but Rick went above and beyond just to have a conversation about cars not trying to even sell me anything. This place treats you like family. Well done!

This was my second experience and once again was exceptional. I have never had such a smooth process when it came to trading in my vehicle, finding a new one, and purchasing. They made the process so easy and stress free! They actually care about what you want with no pressure unlike other places! Tim was very responsive, helpful and made the process so fast and easy for me. Jake and Rick also assisted in the trading and purchasing process and were also very helpful. This is my second buying experience at Topsfield Motor Company. I first came in 2016 based on a recommendation from a friend and found that it was very different from the typical car buying experience. I returned last week and found that the essence of the experience remained the same. A good inventory of car options, a helpful website and a smooth process that seemingly values you as a customer. On this occasion I dealt with Jeremy Flinkstrom as my customer contact. He was outstanding to deal with - very good communicator, helpful, met every time commitment and made the process both pleasurable and efficient. Not something I ever said in the past. My husband and I just bought two cars from Dan, Greg and Jeremy about 3 weeks ago - a Toyota and a Mazda. What a great experience! From the take the car out yourself test drives, answering numerous questions from both of us, and once we bought the cars they made sure everything was ready (they even fixed a scratch on the hood of one of the cars, many dealerships would have just said comes as is, they did not) One of the cars only had one key and they made sure they got us a second key for it. The only thing we had to do was agree on price and sign the paperwork. They took care of EVERYTHING else. They sell high quality used cars and there is no BS. They are down to earth guys running a great business. I highly recommend this place, we will be future customers. Thanks again guys!

I would highly recommend If you’re looking for any type of european car with low miles and mint condition this is the place!
