I was excited for my first visit to the store last Wednesday and when I went inside I was even more excited to become a customer here permanently. Until the cashier charged my card three times and I told the two associates they just charged my card three times and I was told it wasn't their fault they only gave me one receipt and I had to deal with my bank on this matter. This was the most unprofessional customer service I have ever witnessed in my entire 45 years on this Earth. I will never step foot in this place again and to Future customers I recommend using cash.

The store is good but ordering online and pick-up in store was not so good, I placed an order for 2 items at 4:30pm and at 7:30pm I hadn't heard from them so I went to the store and the two girls working had no idea I placed an order, the girl asked me what time I placed my order so I said 4:30pm and she looked at her coworker and said ya that's why, I have no idea what that meant but sometimes people place orders online because there not feeling well so hopefully they get a better system.
