24 hours=good. know it all pharmacists=weak. If pharmacists want to be doctors and make up stuff they don't have an answer for, then go back to school. lousy service at pharmacy. too busy causing bad attitudes. white more. Joe Bidens buffoonery causes issues.

I went with my 8 years old sob and he was peeing and they said we don’t have public bathroom. That has to be against the law. Everyone buy their stuff and spend a lot of money. How is that possible? Can you imagine someone who is sick and it’s buying his medicines there? That’s against human beings. So wrong. I will never spend one dollar on CVS again.

It's been 60 years and if it weren't for the managing pharmacist for the store, then I probably would have left years ago and gone to fill my prescriptions elsewhere....,,!

CVS is definitely if not the number one pharmacy store chain in the New England area. Is CVS doesn't have it then you most likely really never needed it in the first place.

I called to check on a prescription and the person that answer was chewing food loudly while asking me questions. Very unprofessional. Then I went in and the pharmacy had a line of people because the people behind the counter were laughing and talking instead of helping customers. The front cashier was very friendly tho and that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars

This CVS is incredibly short staffed maybe if CVS paid their employees better maybe they wouldn't be, but nonetheless the staff that's there should treat customers better! I went in today looking for infant formula and infant Tylenol after searching the whole store for 10 minutes trying to find someone to help me look for a product that was not on the shelf I finally had to press a button in the front of the store to request a cashier! Why do I need to push a button to request someone to be in a station! At which a random young girl emerged from the aisles and was kind of rude that I pushed the button to get help! I understand your short staffed but treat customers better!

97% of times are the best pharmacy! Issues are with calling them. Long waits on hold and now using answering machine whichI don't like because there is no playback feature so I don't know if everything was correct and clear.

The pharmacy is very slow. It takes forever to fill a prescription, and they are often backed up. Just one example, I had to skip a Covid test because it took over 20 minutes to go from 8 cars in front of me to 7, even though I was a few minutes early for my appointment. I’m switching pharmacies, and I would recommend that others avoid this one if they can.

I tried to get the covid vaccine for myself and my husband online. Because they didn’t have the option for my insurance, and they wouldn’t let me make two appointments near the same time, I called the store. They told me I could come in and make an appointment. I went into the rantoul street store only to be treated horrible. The lady in the pharmacy interrupted me, refused to hear that I had already tried online, shouted “GO ON THE WEBSITE” repeatedly at me. It was very uncomfortable! I’m trying to get the covid vaccine! Sorry it’s such an inconvenience to cvs. Will be changing stores.

Tried to pick up some prescriptions for my husband who only 6 days ago was released from rehab as a result of suffering a stroke. The pharmacy technician Elsa was rude, refused to answer my questions or get someone else to help me. Elsa told me to come inside which I could not do because I was sneezing and looked a mess from an allergy attack. Elsa walked away from her window , did not give me the prescriptions waiting for me and caused a car back up out to the street. Eventually an actual pharmacist came to the window and helped us out although I still was not given the prescriptions waiting for us. Had to drive around wait 20 min because of the backup. Elsa was back , gave me the prescriptions , never asked if we had any questions. When I got home there was a prescription I did not recognize. Didn’t bother to call back. Service is unprofessional and quite rude.
