Evil bureaucracy does not let you cancel their CarePass subscription. I don’t recall signing up for this and generally avoid any monthly fees. At any rate, I realized that they have been charging me monthly for years. I call to cancel. Lines busy. Not even “sorry, it’s a long wait”. It’s just “we don’t do this by phone, try online”. But I haven’t made an account online. I use the email that CVS has, and no record of CarePass (not connected to email? They just have my credit card info and are going crazy?). So how am I supposed to cancel? I can’t online and they literally are not supporting phone calls right now. And they obviously know I haven’t used this and have no problem charging me for years.

EDIT: They've amended their hours on google to the (allegedly) correct ones, and I have only had excellent experiences at this CVS including getting my flu shot back in August - so I am amending my one star review to a five star review :) Store is not open during the posted hours- not sure when it’s open on Sundays, as the Target employees didn’t seem to know either, but most certainly not the posted 7am-1pm

Scheduled an appointment for a shot a week in advance and received two confirmation emails. However, they told me the vaccine is out of stock when I visited the store at the scheduled time. They should have prepared the vaccine, or at least let me know they do not have it. Unacceptable service and totally a waste of my time!
