PLEASE DO NOT EVER , EVER SHOP AT THIS WALMART. THIS IS BY FAR HANDS DOWN THE **WORST** CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENDURED AT ANY CONSUMER STORE *!EVER*! IF YOU CAN JUST GO TO HUDSON, NH. IT IS LIKE 10 MINS FARTHER AWAY AND YOU'LL PAY NO TAX . I BOUGHT 150 $DOLLAR ITEM AND AND RETURNED WITH RECEIPT, IF YOU CAN READ THAT YELLOW SIGN YOU HAVE EAGLE EYES. THE MANAGER, (WHO ACTS AS THOUGH SHE HATES HER JOB) TOLD ME IN AN EXTREMELY RUDE WAY THAT I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO DEAL WITH THE MANUFACTURER IN ARIZONA. IT WOULD BE ONE THING IF THE CASE WAS "CLEARLY " MARKED NO RETURNS NO STORE CREDIT IN BOLD LETTERS. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. JUST PLEASE PEOPLE, YOU MAY SEE ME AS AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER BUT TRUST ME I HAVE HAD MANY DEALINGS WITH *THIS* WALMART . JUST GO A COUPLE OF EXITS UP ROUTE 3 WHICH IS LITERALLY LESS THAN A MIN DRIVE UP THE STREET AND GO TO HUDSON N.H. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I don’t usually do this but I had to. First of all I like to say I use this place out of convince that’s all. Today was the last day. Last week I went in, it was a complete disaster. They had people at registers that had no idea what they where doing. We waited 30 min for a manager. Then today I go in to return a vacuum I purchased in Florida and it was broken. I go in and talk to a few employees none off them could help me. They call Brandi Anderson she was rude and ignorant. I told her all I want was a vacuum that works. Her response was well your not getting one. I then called corperate I made it very clear to her that I was calling corperate she called the police. Don’t waste your time going to this Walmart. Go to target. I called Hoover when I got home and it was 100 percent the total opposite of dealing with Walmart. As we speak a brand new vacuum is being delivered. They said it’s because I didn’t have a box or receipt. How many people actually save vacuum cleaner boxes ? Probably none. The vacuum was purchased with a debit card that H&R Block gave us when we filed. I contacted my fantorney About the racial comments made by this BRANDI n! She is in a whole lot if hot water. Sh doesn’t even realize the amount of trouble she is in yet. This girl had no idea whom she was dealing with. But either way I have an appointment with my lawyer. This woman needs to be fired. She is not the type of person who needs to be dealing with customers. I’m content my vacuum is on route via the wonderful customer rep with Hoover and my attorney will make sure this woman at Walmart is fired so she can never treat another PAYING CUSTOMER this way again. Shame on Walmart for allowing this to happen.
