Horrible service! They are predators and thieves. I sent my son there for a basic oil change and when he got there they handed him a tablet to pick what he wants. He said to the employee that he didn’t know what to pick and instead of the employee explaining the different options, the employee pointed to the most expensive oil change (synthetic oil). There were no prices! Then they charged him$100 for an oil change for a 2006 car with almost 300k miles! My son nearly died when he saw the amount! When I returned to speak with the manager, he was rude, told me my son ASKED for synthetic oil! Refused to give me any money back!! Horrible service, terrible customer service! Rude staff! Stay away from this place - absolute crooks!!!!

Absolutely deplorable service. I came here almost 2 months ago for an inspection sticker, however I did need a couple of things fixed on my 2016 Camry. The tires needed to be replaced and the windshield repaired, I absolutely understood that. The issue came when I tried to get my car re-inspected. My work had quite a few people quit so I was never able to get out of work in time to make it exactly at 5 before they closed. I then went there repeatedly over the course of six weeks (over 5 times) to try to get my car re-inspected, each time it was only one or two minutes past 5:00, everyone that works there still standing in the loading dock bays. I was continuously told by the employees that they only get paid till 5:00 and the door was closed in my face over and over again. After pulling into the parking lot today at 5:02 I finally argued my point with someone who proceeded to stand there arguing with me far longer than it would have taken him to re-inspect my tires and windshield and finally put my inspection sticker on the car. Which after close to 10 minutes he finally did just to get me out of there... For the last time. I was then subsequently charged a second time for my inspection because at that point it had been over two months, even though I had been there five previous times to get my car re-inspected and no one would do it even though it was less than five minutes past 5:00 and they were all still there at work chatting and talking. One last point was that there had also been a car in the parking lot, with an elderly woman in it, when I pulled in that had CLEARLY been waiting since WELL before the 5:00 shut down time for an inspection. However, she was turned away and asked to come back the next day even though she had arrived before 5:00 pm when the business closes. I will never stop here again even if I'm about to run out of gas!! The employees are rude and this is absolutely not a customer service oriented business!!

Convenient place for an oil change, state inspection. They keep setting my digital speedometer to km/h every time they work on it, however, and there is never anyone to review the bill/work done with you afterwards.

SCAM! Came for oil/filter change. Charged $101.42. Oil filter was not changed. Who knows if the right oil was even used. Tried to make me purchase other products that I didn’t need. Stay away! If I didn’t have important business out of state I would file legal charges!

Just had the best oil change experience possible. Everyone was polite, friendly, respectful and professional. My car was taken in right away without an appointment. Was finished before I knew it. And got a great price. Couldn’t be more satisfied. HIGHLY recommend.

Very sketchy!!! These guys are scammers who do shoddy work for lots of money. If they tell you something needs fixing, bring it somewhere else for a second opinion. I Brought my car in for brake work. They told me I should change the alternator(unrelated). Ok fine. Change it. Less than a week later I find my alternator isn’t charging the battery. Car dies on me in the middle of the night. AVOID THIS PLACE WHENEVER POSSIBLE

Great people and no fuss inspection station. Was looking for a local station to do Tesla inspections. These folks know Teslas and are completely aware of the changing landscape. Would recommend this for folks looking for Tesla State Inspections.

I have always liked this place. They have a very good setup for car inspections and the staff is usually friendly. Haven't been there since the pandemic hit and was sad to see that NO ONE WORE MASKS!!!! Not in the retail area (where they sell masks) nor in the garage/shop. Vendors making deliveries also wore NO MASKS. Chelmsford is a red zone town...very disappointed.

Vile, low life, no good, rotten and slimy. They will charge you more money for tire rotations based on the engine size.......I'm not kidding. I have tried to confront the owner/manager about ripping my mother off several times. After the first time we had contact he was all of a sudden never at the shop. To give you an idea of how underhanded and dishonest this practice is........04 Chevy Malibu came with either a V6 or a 4 cylinder. Depending on which engine you have you would get a $10 upcharge. Even though they are the exact same car. None of the degenerates could give me a straight answer as to why they rip people off like this or what the reasoning was behind this ludicrous fee. You would be well advised to steer clear of these crooks. Slime balls
