I went in to make a return and the line was long and slow because there was only one person at customer service. A manager came by at one point (the cashier had called several times requesting one) and commented on the long line but didn't help out by opening a register. She merely gathered up some carts and wandered away. She definitely didn't have any urgency. I felt bad for the single cashier as I've worked retail in the past and felt she wasn't supported. I use this store regularly and it's a good store but feel it was understaffed this time.

I went to return something, I was 2nd in line and the one infront of me where "white" very friendly people. The cashier in return was an old lady curly wavy hair who was also "white" and she was also very friendly to them, all smiley and she talks to them, made an eye contact. Ofcourse I expected the same vibe so I also smile and greeted her. To my surprise her smile became completely upside down, you get the feeling that she doesn't wanna talk to you, she didn't even made an eye contact with me the whole time and she told me "take out your stuff and don't put your bag in the counter, put it in the recycling bin", I was shock because that's what the first people did and she didn't complain, she took those people's return out of their bags... anyway I got my return, I could careless after that but I notice when I was about to leave, the next customer were also "white" and guess what, she was all smiling and talkative again. Anyway, I just think it's kinda rude for her to treat other people different and this was my first time at this location. Don't even get me started with asking questions... they were rude. Oh well I guess back to shopping Online.

Good selection of clearance items for both men and women at this location. Wide variety of shopping items including gifts, bedding, clothing, kitchen, bath and body, and many more. Amazon returns counter is available. Recently the prices have gone up but online coupons are available.

I called to ask if they would hold my online order because my daughter and myself have covid. They told me that they will only hold it for 2 days and to call back in two days to see if they will hold it for 2 more days. That is not what i want to be doing feeling the way i feel. How much room does a child's package of socks take up???

❌ If I could give 0 stars I would, such rude people that work there, completely unprofessional employees, and I can tell they had a problem because I was Spanish and had an accent, they kept saying “huh” when I was asking something, are they deaf or what, and plus they don’t even know how to answer questions, if you work in a place you should know where things are and when a customers ask you something you answer them or find someone who can and respond politely, and the store manager there Vicky is also very rude and completely unprofessional and couldn’t even help me.Don’t go here guys.❌

Later that day I realized nothing was on the way (order status complete). Apparantly someone marked the order was ready without checking the items in order. Had to drive back again and explain the situation to manager to get the missing item. However, this was my first experience. I believe some coaching will help the team here.
