We used Porter Family for a very large stucco remediation project. From beginning to end they made the process as easy as possible. Started the project when they said they would and completed on time. All the crews were respectful and professional. AJ did a great job as project manager, very attentive and responsive. Easy to get a hold of even on weekends. He had the crews fix anything we felt wasn't right immediately. The finished project looks great and we are very satisfied!

We hired Porter for a full stucco remediation of our house and basically an exterior overhaul. They were amazing. They were one of the most reasonable proposals we received. They were on time, super responsive and on budget at the end of the project. Our project manager Brett, who was awesome, was super transparent and always checking in to make sure everything was being done to our satisfaction. I cannot recommend them enough.

Our house fell into the market of a fully evasive remediation the exterior of our house. This included full removal of stucco, new siding replacement (James Hardie), disposal and replacement of all windows and doors. Roof was only 5 years old....so thankfully no replacement was needed for the roof! Including Porter, we had an additional 5+ remediation companies come out and perform estimates. Have to admit, Porter wasn't our first choice but we are glad we did eventually choose them! All estimates were close in pricing (within $20k) based on our criteria, so money wasn't the deciding factor in our choice. My wife and I felt comfortable with their detailed and itemized quote, their feedback and opinions on the various stages of the project, and their persuasive way of providing cost effective alternatives whenever changes were needed. We chose Porter as they were available to start in the Fall 2021. Both Justin and AJ were very responsive and readily available during the course of the 8-10 week period it took to complete the project. The were especially challenged for most of the length of the project dealing with the recent supply chain issues during the Summer/Fall 2021. We needed to change window manufacturers before the start of project, made additional modifications midstream, and also needed to wait for some parts to complete front-door installation that finally came in Feb2022. Most of these were work stoppages were beyond their control. AJ Rich (Project Mgr) was constantly keeping us abreast during the delays and made sure we were still focused on "Plan A", while still giving us "Plan B" when he felt it was necessary. As you can see from the before and after photo's below that we are fully satisfied with the workmanship and true professionalism Porter Contracting has done to our home. We highly recommend using them should you need any interior/exterior work to your home. I called Porter Family Contractors to install a new roof to my home after old roof kept blowing off because I live in a wind tunnel. They did the work in a timely manner and even after high wind storms I have not had an issues with shingles. When we decided to replace our siding we called Porter for an estimate. After seeing and hearing about the product we went with HardiSiding. Porter Family Contracting was very knowledgeable about the product and how to correctly install it. The crews showed up early every morning and were ready to start working. They worked full days and at the end of ever day they clean up my property unlike other contractors who have done work in my neighborhood that leave trash and materials all over people lawns during project. They even finished my project even faster than we expected. We are so happy with the finished project. Our home definitely stands out in the neighborhood. We have had so many compliments on our home. Our Church contracted with the Porter Family to remove the old roof and install an all shingle roof with gutter system. This was a large project so we greatly appreciated the 15% discount. The work started on time and finished in 10 days. The staff were totally professional, and responded quickly to any questions and concerns we had. We had Porter install our roof a little over a year ago, they protected the garden and deck before getting started and took the time to clean everything up, they had our whole job done with in a day we appreciated how professional and how detail oriented they were, when it came to wanting to change our siding it was a easy call to stay with Porter.Justin put together an estimate that was descriptive and very reasonable. They installed new windows, put beautiful Azek trim around our windows and on our front porch, and the siding we went with was James Hardie siding. We are very satisfied with the job done. The crew was very courteous and efficient throughout the job. Many of our neighbors have stopped by and commented highly of the new look of our house.
