👍 I had a vacuum shipped to me … both boxes had large holes in them also from reading the directions it was going to be a problem to clean the brush. I brought it back to BBB in Braintee MA -I asked for a manager -everyone was very polite . They brought it in from my car then carried a new better vacuum with a self cleaning brush for me. They gave me a good price for all my inconvenience. Don’t forget the 20% off coupons they don’t expire! Very impressed! 2022 Memorial day I needed to buy an air purifier “bed Bath and beyond” had a couple online saying it was a sidewalk sale but you had to come in by that day Monday. So I drove in traffic in 90° temperature to unwillingly go. There was not no sidewalk sale and they were very few air purifiers inside. The sales people said they didn’t know about that online-so someone dropped the ball on that! I was not happy!

the place is wonderful the floor associate I encounter was very nice ask how I was doing, the only downfall is the aisle are to narrow.

They don't exactly have a lot of stuff in stock. And don't go here if you have any other plans. You will wait in line for 10 to 15 minutes. I went on a Saturday to buy some stuff and went to return some stuff on a weekday. Both times they I only have one person working the register and it took forever. Out of candles and candle dishes. Out of bath sheets unless you wanted to pay $50. Everything else was really expensive. Pretty underwhelming.

This location is always well-stocked, organized, and clean. They have a large personal care section (hair and body, dental, and eye care) which is a plus! Staff has been friendly, too.

It smelled soooooooo good in the store today! 3.19.2021. I'm inpressed by that! I live 30 mins away. I ordered online for pick up at the store for the first time and it was a swift process. The line was flowing well at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. I'm a happy customer :)

Great customer service today! When I asked where something was located in the store and the shortest distance to it, I not only got assistance but someone was waiting there to further assist me. I don’t do well walking around stores. I can make the effort to shop in store at this location.

Needed help with a purchased item. And got expert assistance from a team member. Needed to purchase a few items - pillow, toothpaste, soap, disinfecting wipes - and another team member assisted there. At checkout, Anne was warm, wonderful and so welcoming. Note: The 1st team members' names are unavailable because my view of their name tags was obstructed. Note duex: Like most all places nowadays, they didn't have any disinfecting wipes in store.

Place was under construction on one side (looked like maybe expansion?) but still had everything we we're looking for. It wasn't busy and we got asked several times if we needed help. Cashier was quick and the manager was right there at front to address any questions. Overall, quick pleasant shopping trip, just a little bit out of way for Boston college students need (hey but nothing was out of stock!)
