Called and was able to get a last minute appointment within an hour. The pedicure was very relaxing, the massage chair was so comfortable. They used hot stones and lots of moisturizers on my feet and legs, as well as a very pleasant smelling citrus scrub. Definitely one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. And the lady complimented my skin several times, she was so nice. My acrylics were done by a man who did a very good job, they turned out beautiful!

I have been coming to this salon for years. While there can be a wait for walk-ins during popular times they are worth the wait. I recommend making an appointment if possible. Lisa is incredible, especially if you are getting gel or dip manicures. That being said I have had my nails done by most of the technicians and have never been disappointed!

The last two times I was there I had an unfriendly, non speaking employee. The vibe there is miserable! Will not be returning after going there since their opening. Believe me they could care less.

Had a wonderful 1st time experience there yesterday with a wonderful person names Linda.. She took on the task of beautifying my ugly winter feet. Linda did such a great job with them I had her do my nails also. The place is clean and neat. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Linda and Pro Nail for making me feel pretty again 😎😎. I'll be back.

I went in for a pedicure today. The woman who did it cut my toe so badly that it was bleeding and throbbing the during entire time. I have had manicures when they have accidentally nicked the side of my nail which is unfortunate but okay. This time was completely different, the cut on my toe was so deep that it would not stop bleeding for the duration of the pedicure. The pedicurist saw it was bleeding and didn't acknowledge it until I told her. Then she kept telling me to keep it in the foot bath, even though it stung. It was so bad that the other two pedicurists took a look at my toe. When I went to pay they asked for the full amount. When I asked for a discount for being cut they said they would take $5 off. I would have expected them to be at least apologetic and perhaps not charged me. I would never go back nor would I recommend anyone to go there. Bad business!!

I have been going to Pro Nails for over a year. They are super friendly. It is best to make an appointment on the weekends as they tend to get super busy.
