walked in to Norwell, ma store around 9 am on 8-15-18 clean store service person was nice store was clean but Breakfast sandwich was made very sloppy was good but just slapped together no napkins came with it had to ask for them coffee was horrible i ended up tossing it no sugar on hand and no coffee cups was put in a small Styrofoam cup im a regular at the Hanover store but today i stopped in the norwell store i may or may not return to this location

Loved the server Olivia. Very nice and friendly. However, one of her coworkers, Cassidy I believe, seemed extremely condescending and rude towards her.
