I visited this location for the first time not too long ago. It was very clean, and the employees were nice. My food came out fast, and it was hot and tasty. At this location, all the orders/payments are done on the kiosks. I really like that. It is easy to customize your order. And for people like me who have trouble ordering because of bad anxiety, this is perfect.

When on the Cape we always eat here. This last visit was a bit disappointing as the fried clams got to us half cold, and that is not palatable when eating fried clams. We had just flown in so not in the mood to ask for replacement. Shouldn't have to. I think maybe they should have a better system of delivery to insure customers get product that is fresh and hot. Just my take. Otherwise, food is generally very good. I tried the lobster bisque this time around and enjoyed it.

Took 10 minutes to get an orange juice and the worker have no regards for customers I very rarely have a pleasant experience here and the simplest of tasks for some reason are way too hard for this mcdonalds

Long line all staffs can’t stay at their own stations all ran around like headless chickens 🐓 I ended up got wrong 😑 orders had to go front twice ask them correct them … not saying they are bad just needs to be more organized and get right orders … I probably won’t be coming here again .

Door was locked at 5pm I had cut my leg on my car door getting out to go in and I asked the server if they had a first aid kit with a bandage and she said no,ad had no interest.What a pathetic example of a human being.If it isn't McDonalds related....too bad.How about some training for the ignorant staff member.

Work in construction so I can't use the drive-thru do to the size of the work truck/construction vehicle. I went into the lobby where no was attending the register so I had to use the kiosk no big deal. As I waited I witnessed 7 vehicle pull in the drive-thru place their orders and leave. As I waited another customer was also trying to get lunch he was a senior citizen & only had cash. 10 minutes passed before he was attend to and my or took 20 mins to receive. When I entered the lobby no one was in the lobby nor the drive-thru so it boggles my mind were this establishment standards are. Drive-thru should not get priority over the lobby especially if it's first come first served.

McDonald's claim to Fortune is consistency and mediocrity. Until recently you had to try to spend more than six or seven dollars. You get consistently the same Burger, chicken sandwich, kids Happy Meals, everything just as it was programmed to be at corporate headquarters minus the few inconveniences of language issues and training has dream again. I'll spend $5 at McDonald's any day of the week and be reasonably happy at the end of it.

Always ask me to pull off into the parking lot for my order and it takes forever. It should not take 15 minutes to make 3 hash browns. Consistently slow service. Hope management can address this.

Very nice McDonald’s. We ordered food inside and it was great and made correctly to order. The fries didn’t seem old and were nicely salted, the burgers were good. It’s a clean, modern building and the staff was nice. Everything you want in a McDonald’s
