I feel like the speed of service is relatively good here but the employees definitely look like they do not enjoy their job. But as long as their being nice and respectful my experience was good. And the food was to expectations.

Ugh .. I waited a half hour for a cheeseburger and fries . Although there were many many employees behind the counter I still had to ask if someone can please take my order and then after 30 minutes of waiting when I got it I asked for a straw for my drink and the gentleman and I use that term loosely pointed at pile of straws that were behind someone else's bag where I could not see them and said "they're right there" and abruptly walked away Kid-friendliness: I mean it should be but I wouldnt bring mine in there after my experience Parking: Plenty Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

There is no organization in this place whatsoever. There are no sings that anyone cares about there job or the customers they serve. Everyone was nice on the bright side I guess Parking: Not a lot of parking

It's easy to place a mobile order and pick it up. It seems to reduce human error and misunderstanding, so i always order in advance. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but the staff themselves are pretty quick and decently polite (the ones i have encountered).

With this Mcdonald’s, you’ll never know what to expect. Most days they get at least ONE thing in your order wrong. And even if you don’t, they’ll make you wait over 15 minutes to receive your food.

Food is great... which is the primary reason for one to visit the restaurant. The interior is a bit dingy but pleasant. The staff is capable and qualified - but rather abrupt at times. This might be cultural as I hail from Texas and this McDonalds is obviously a Massachusetts institution.

The service was extremely slow despite 8 people being on staff and us being the only ones there. And the staff member got the order wrong, which was disappointing after our long wait. Wheelchair accessibility: Not the greatest

Got unpleasant experience in this restaurant. Staff not paying attention to customers, working very slowly. A lady put my order in the front of me, I confirmed the order, but she barely moved, slowly put stickers on it. It was very painful to look at at the end of the work day on my way home. Moreover, all six (I counted) employees spoke foreign languages in the front of the customer, I found this very disrespectful. I’m for fun at the work place, but not when serving customers. If you in the hurry, I suggest you avoid this restaurant. It became on list of places to avoid. Update 08/08/22. Still dirty and slow service.

The line was slow and I was asked to pull forward to wait for my order which took an additional 10 minutes for a few cheeseburgers and fries. The staff were friendly and very apologetic though. They are hiring. Feel free to stop in and put in an application so my next visit doesn't take as long 🤣 as far as quality goes, it's McDonald's.
