Don't know why the other reviewer mentions fees. We don't pay fees; no minimum balance. Staff are very helpful -- I mostly use the Purcellville Branch; you're greeted by name. Very much the feel of an old-time bank.

Fees for everything, even online banking transfers and paper statements. Interested more in profits than customer service. Cannot make change for non customers at the atm. They want you to call a customer service line instead of helping in the bank. Awful!!
