This is a small local Enterprise location, so you do need to book in advance. Having done so, my entire experience in the hands of their staff was first rate. They are polite, professional, and efficient. Yes, there are some rental car bits that they have to do or say or ask - it is a corporation after all (like supply issues being a new twist on pitching their coverage). But with an unexpected car in shop with parts issues, I was glad to have a location nearby where I could get a car. And they truly went above and beyond with having a gentleman from this location buzz me to the nearby shop so I could pick up my car after I dropped the rental off. So very grateful! Thank you!

I needed an insurance vehicle and they called me right away once my claim was submitted. This was a great surprise. I would normally have to call around on my own.. Ms. Emily and staff were very professional and accommodated on a specific vehicle if it was available. This location makes up for bad service I had in the past.

At Enterprise the people are great - friendly and helpful. Not like a few others, I don't know if it is the airport location or what, but some people just do not like their jobs, but everyone I run into at Enterprise seems to like their job and helping people. Love that attitude. Never any pressure to upgrade or try the car swap for a higher price, reserve it, they will even come get you and drop you off afterwards, great service. Cars are nice and in good shape, I have rented a number of cars and vans (for moving kids) and never had any issues.

I used Enterprise of Leesburg for the past two days. When my father and I came to the business to pick up our ride, we were greeted by the entire staff. The staff who were at the desk answered all of our questions and explained the process. We were even offered a discount for my father's job. The car I was given was a Nissan Rogue Sport. It was sparkling clean and there were water bottles supplied for me. The gas was past full. Driving the car was an awesome experience as well. When we turned the car in today, the staff was just as nice and welcoming. After checking the car, I was even helped to remove my items from the trunk. I highly recommend this Enterprise.
