This is a small local Enterprise location, so you do need to book in advance. Having done so, my entire experience in the hands of their staff was first rate. They are polite, professional, and efficient. Yes, there are some rental car bits that they have to do or say or ask - it is a corporation after all (like supply issues being a new twist on pitching their coverage). But with an unexpected car in shop with parts issues, I was glad to have a location nearby where I could get a car. And they truly went above and beyond with having a gentleman from this location buzz me to the nearby shop so I could pick up my car after I dropped the rental off. So very grateful!
