You have a single guy running the entire restaurant during breakfast. Are you kidding me!!! This gentleman deserves to be treated better, and deserves a raise. When I say raise I mean a 5 dollar an hour or more raise too. You need to make this man Store Manager, and get him some employees to manage. My breakfast might have taken awhile because he had to prep the entire store by himself with no help before making something, but it was made well, and tasted good. This gentleman has every right to be upset, but still had a good attitude for the situation he was in, and still delivered a good breakfast. If they don't start treating you better let me know bro!! Horrible service, touched my burger with bare hands and said why are you mad? I have the whole situation on video and would he happy to sue this Burger King. And on top of the lousy service, they didn’t accept coupons! I mean it was horrible. Do not recommend it!

This is absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever been to in my life. The service in the drive through is so slow people repeatedly leave the line. I left today after waiting behind one car for 18 minutes! I only have so much time for lunch and I had to spend it waiting for my order to even be taken. I think they need to take some time and provide some serious customer service training. Something is broken there. I wouldn't waste my time there again. I drove over to Panera Bread and ordered my lunch and was out of there with my food in less than three minutes. Service people! learn what it means! I had to give it one star just so they would post this, they don't even want fair and honest feedback. I give it ZERO stars.

Went into the drive thru line on 7/10/22 at 10:30pm and left at 11:20pm. I think it’s ridiculous that I waited that long for a 5 min burg, fries, nuggets and drink. This is the second time. I understand if you are short handed but communicate that or at least apologize for the long wait. Took 30mins to get to the speaker to order the food and 20 mins to pay for the food and wait for them to bag it up. Nuggets were soggy with oil, fries were cold and hard, buns were hard on my burger and barely any condiments on the burgs. Drink was flat. Ridiculous!

I have never had a more perfectly wrapped sandwich and put together sandwich in my life from Burger King. Whoever is making the sandwiches in this week or month is amazing definitely keep them on the sandwich station!

I’ve never had a pleasant experience at this location. I always try to come by to give it another chance but it just doesn’t get any better; In fact, it’s gets worse. The menu still hasn’t been changed to the lunch menu which is fine but nobody answered at the drive thru. We had to look up the menu online and eventually someone changed it. We announced we were ready to order but nobody would answer. Decided to order at the window and after being at the window for 5/6 minutes, someone came up asking us to confirm our order and we explained the situation. The lady explained we would have to drive back around so I explained what had happened and asked her to take our order and she refused. I asked if she was the manager and she stated she was but I cannot believe she was being honest, as she was rude, disrespectful, and bitter. I could have just gone in instead after this but at this point, she was so bitter that I’d rather stay hungry than be treated like a dog so we left. Terrible service. You have to be extremely patient and wait 20 minutes for 2 burgers, IF they even take your order so good luck to the rest.
