5 Best drugstore in Boston, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Not only have I witnessed the manager being rude to customers, he treats and talks to employees with an attitude, nasty tone, and disrespect as if they’re below him. Zero stars isn’t a possibility and if negative stars were a possibility, I’d give it. There are other Cvs stores where the management is way better and I’d recommend those locations over this one any day. Don’t waste your time shopping or working here. A new store manager is needed. ~Jay

Evil bureaucracy does not let you cancel their CarePass subscription. I don’t recall signing up for this and generally avoid any monthly fees. At any rate, I realized that they have been charging me monthly for years. I call to cancel. Lines busy. Not even “sorry, it’s a long wait”. It’s just “we don’t do this by phone, try online”. But I haven’t made an account online. I use the email that CVS has, and no record of CarePass (not connected to email? They just have my credit card info and are going crazy?). So how am I supposed to cancel? I can’t online and they literally are not supporting phone calls right now. And they obviously know I haven’t used this and have no problem charging me for years. ~Andrew

They sell boston shirts here. Also screwdrivers. Which is what I came for. Its all the way in the back near the pharmacy section. Also there is a vault looking section with the history of Walgreens or something in the back towards the makeup. I saw packed sushi and liquor, also more touristy Boston magnets and keychains. ~Juma

Someone please explain why I am experiencing the same issues as the previous most recent review. My boyfriend tried to pick up all my prescriptions, but was only given one due to “insurance issues.” I called my insurance and have no issues with this medication. I have been calling for over a WEEK. Every time, no one picks up. I am on hold for 30+ min until I give up. Currently on the phone now, and I’m entirely under the impression they do not have a phone or the number listed is out of commission. I don’t have the time to have this conversation in person to only wait in an egregious line and be told the same information- that they don’t have my prescription. I work full time and actually practice customer service. I am transferring my prescription elsewhere. @ Walgreens corporate - this is a disgrace and there should be a management turnover ASAP as like the previous reviewer said, this is a SAFETY issue. Or close and re-locate with pharmacy staff better equipped to administer patient care and attend to the health and well-being of your customers. ~Marisa
