The pharmacy bungled a perscription fill, causing a two week delay, and rather than working with us to solve the problem, hung up on us. Absolutely unacceptable. Shop elsewhere.

Generally I have a good experience with this pharmacy. But recently they didn’t have a migraine medication I needed so they sent it to another store that had it in stock. 5 or 6 days later haven’t heard from that pharmacy and they want the prescription number. When I refilled I tossed that prescription bottle. 2 days into a migraine. This pharmacy says, “not my problem”. I’m changing pharmacies

Poor customer service. I tried to return some advil that my mother had purchased me at a different cvs location. The person at the counter told me that they don't sell the 130ct advil, and that other stores don't sell it either. I told him I knew that my mother bought it at cvs because she used to work there. He then just argued with me, told me that he personally stocks the shelves and has worked at many different stores so he knows. I worked there for a number of years and different stores carry different products. He was rude and unnecessary and I will never return to that location.

Definitely don't have their priorities straight. We wish they were as concerned about their machine working as they are concerned about the masks. If one needs to spend 15 mins in the store instead of 30 seconds, assuredly the of infections is increased far beyond any PPE.

Our family has been using this branch for over a dozen years, so we've had plenty of interactions. Considering how busy the pharmacy section of this branch is, it's amazing how helpful and friendly the staff is. I have witnessed MANY impatient, confused or just ill-informed customers interacting with the staff behind the counter, and honestly few people would have the patience that the employees show. In my experience they take it in stride and try to work things out, even if sometimes it means delivery news that the customer doesn't want to hear (like being denied by insurance or that it's two weeks early to fill a prescription). For the rest of us, they can be counted on to be just as courteous and quite a few know all their customers by name (which again is impressive since it must be in the many hundreds). If there are problems with insurance or something to be worked out, the staff will handle it as efficiently as possible. The rest of the staff in the general section of the store are also friendly, and overall things are clean and well stocked. To me the layout is a good balance between seasonal and year-round stock, and it is rare that there is a product that they don't carry.

Pharmacy is a joke, left on hold for 15 minutes on Easter after reading that it opened at 9am on website only to call back and find out it opens at 10. Why no message stating a different time opening then posted on website. They most always try to make you think they are doing you a favor instead of having you walk away saying wow what a service they provide many attitudes in pharmacy.

This CVS is one of the worst I'be been too. The floors are disgusting. The store is always understaffed and register are being kept to get cash back. There is always some homeless person sneaking in and stealing. This store needs to get its shot together.

Worst CVS, the cough and cold products are out of date and the store is filthy. Complained to a manager but he said it was not his fault as he's only been there for a few weeks. In total, over 20 products were out of date by almost a year! I can understand maybe a month, but a year????
