Love this TJ’s! It is very open and easy to navigate with lots of clothing and home decor options. Great place to have fun shopping! Parking lot can get a little crazy sometimes.

T.J Maxx is always a great place to shop no matter where it's located. They always have a very wide selection of cool funky designer clothes and just like random hipster clothes that she has seems to be the trend everything comes back! The staff is kind and helpful I'm not really sure I like the way this store is laid out but I think it's a new layout that they did with all the stores. Another great job to the employees of TJ Maxx in Salem Massachusetts yay

This is my go to store for deals on pocket books, like this one. Their clothing are okay too. The sales associate are courteous.

It's hit or miss at TJ Max in Salem. Sometimes when I go there I hit the jackpot & find all kinds of things 2 buy. Then other times I can spend 2 hours going through the racks and perusing the aisles & find absolutely nothing that sparks my interest. So u really have 2 go 2 the store & look 4 yourself as u can't find the inventory at that specific store online. There's not much in the way of help if u need it but the women at the cashier stations are usually friendly & helpful. The jewelry counter is either not staffed or there's an woman behind the counter who is clearly bothered if u ask her 2 get something out 4 u 2 look at. Sometimes there's great, high-end make-up & hair products at excellent prices but other times there's nothing besides the kind found at CVS. They usually carry some kind of high-end skin care too. All of it is priced so much better than u will find at Macy's or Sephora, even though it's the same everything. Overall, I can say it's probably worth it 4 u 2 go see what they have today if your looking 2 shop

My first time in this store. This store is so much nicer than the last one I was in (NH). Great store!! Lady at the jewelry counter was helpful and pleasant.

There were a couple younger employees who were very rude throughout the clothing racks. They try to walk through you. I would understand if it were one employee having a bad day (I mean, c'mon it's retail)but it was a count of 3 ramming into people to hang clothes up? Bumping into old people? Other than that experience I love it. I get great deals. I just don't care for the employees at this particular store. Will try another one.

Nice, clean, organized and good customer service but, not that much products quantity, there were may be 3 or 4 piece of each size.
