If only I could give them 10 stars. Excellent service. I’ve been wanting to get rid of all the chrome on my car for a while now… and after my car was unfortunately the victim of a collision- I figured while it was in the shop I would just have them go ahead and blackout my whole car. And WOW. It’s beautiful. Not only did they do a fantastic job at communicating with me, but my car looks incredible. It’s everything I’ve wanted and beyond. Corinn and her team are seriously the best. Highly recommend using them for ANY body work! Services: Body & Trim, Exhaust, Painting

Salem autobody is very professional and accurate with all details involved. They handled everything with my insurance company and made this experience very easy and comfortable. In addition to $12,000.00 worth of exterior repairs to my Maserati they also detailed the entire car inside and out. It was like getting into a brand new car again and it smelled amazing. After my accident I took my car to Salem Auto Body, where I had an amazing experience .The entire team was very professional and kind. This was my very first ever accident and they made the process so easy. I picked up my car today and back bumper was fixed, even the inside of the car was cleaned. My car looked like the first day I saw it at the dealership. If I could I would give them a higher rating! I highly recommend!! Services: Body & Trim, Painting

Had a broken headlight also a scratched up bumper that got fixed by Salem Auto Body. When I went to pick it up and noticed the head light wasn’t turning on so they took it back and got right to it. The recent bad storm took my side mirror off and as I was driving to work at 10 am the next morning I pulled into Salem Auto Body. Corrin was able to take care of me. She got me a good price for a replacement and custom paint. When I picked up my car it was detailed, with the left over paint they used for me to keep. Thank you very much for the great service! I just can't say enough about the quality of work they performed and the superb customer service I received. Went to a local place and Salem Auto Body was cheaper so I was a little skeptical. They kept to the schedule as promised, delivered on the day they said they would and my car looks amazing. They went above and beyond to not only repair/replace the door that was hit, but made my 100,000 mile car look new again. A very well run place with reasonable rates, excellent customer service and they did amazingly perfect work. I've used salem auto body since 2018 for my past THREE accidents (none of which were my fault) the most notable experience was my first accident where my car was basically totaled, the entire rear driver side of the car was ripped off. I didn't have renters insurance at the time and it was a sorta hit and run incident, so I couldn't get coverage from the other persons insurance.. They were extremely understanding of my circumstances and allowed me to have a rental for free while they repaired the vehicle. I thought I was going to have to pay hundreds out of pocket for a rental but they really helped me out in a time where I needed it. Upon receiving my car it came back better than it looked when I first leased it! The following two accidents were much smaller but things were handled with the same care and attention I received the first time. For as long as I am living in salem / north shore I will be using salem auto body as my go-to mechanic and you should too! Services: Tires, Body & Trim, Welding, Painting
