Best clothing store in Salem, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

This is my go to store for deals on pocket books, like this one. Their clothing are okay too. The sales associate are courteous. ~Sharon

Would give zero stars if i could for this place. Lines are ridiculously long see pictures below. I just wanted to buy water bottles and had to wait for 25 customers ahead of me. How is this right? Then get to register only to be met by a non-English speaking associate who double rings up my items? How's that fair or right at all? Also I've seen rats running the food aisles during busy shopping times. Not sanitary. ~Catherine

Prices are about what you’d expect for a museum gift shop. Some unique gift options but nothing I found worth getting myself. Definitely walked through about three times before deciding to leave. ~Deztiny

Wonderful shopping experience. The gals working there are extremely sweet and helpful. I was looking for a smaller size in a sweater that they didn't have on the sales floor. Their backstock was a bit disorganized (I supes get it!) and they couldn't find the sweater right away, which was just fine because I was buying a few other items anyway. I returned the next day to see if they'd located a smaller size, and they had! Thanks for making my stop in Salem special, ladies! ~Stephanie
