Matt greeted us right away as we walked in and answered all of our questions. He was very helpful in suggesting which mattress we should try and gave us all the insightful details we needed to know to help us get some quality sleep. Would definitely shop there again when we need to purchase our next mattress. Also the pillows were amazing definitely recommend to try they out.

I’ve bought two mattresses in 15 years, both at this location. The first one was a top-of-the-line Tempur-pedic mattress and was great. When we got the new one this year we were very disappointed. They offered a different cooling cover to overcome the heating issue, however we just felt the mattress wasn’t anywhere near the quality of the first one. They exchanged no problem, again very helpful. Can’t say enough about the store .

Oh my goodness, I can't tell you how much Matthew who was working at the Swampscott store that day helped my hubby and I. I have COPD and sleep apnea, I was only going in to check out the prices, since I'm out of work. Even tho Matthew knew he wasn't getting a sale from us yesterday, he was so kind to show us around, let us try a few beds he thought would suit us, gave us a sale/full price quote so we would be prepared, getting me the best deal possible when I am able to afford it. They have new customers, and we'll shop for all our bedding needs there from now on as finances allow! Thanks, Matthew, Great job! 💖

Andrea was our sales person. She was helpful and patient while we shopped for our mattress. She also was just as helpful when our purchase did not , unfortunately, work out for us. Shop this store. I liked that sales people came up and offered to help once you came in door.

He answered all my questions and was super helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed. He was also personable and kind and made the whole process easy. If you go to mattress firm ask for him!
