I was dreading to go to pick out a mattress because had felt overwhelmed looking online and didn't want to deal with the whole sales process, but could not have been more pleased with my experience here! Tony helped me through the process and was great to work with. Was totally upfront with me regarding the mattress, let me try out different ones and didn't rush me or pressure me into a certain one. It was such a pleasant experience and would totally recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to go here. They also had so much in stock and had such a quick turnaround for delivery!

The service in Everett could have been much better and primarily I rated 2 starts. I came back to re-edit my review right after the mattress was delivered by Trevor and his partner (sorry I forgot his name). The DELIVERY guys deserve 10 stars because they went above and beyond to bring the mattress upstairs. And because of great customer service from them we’d be going back to Mattress Firm.

Horrible experience!!! Saturday Jun 25th, around 13:30 pm, I had the most unpleasant experience in this store. I was being help by Tony who was doing an excellent job, showing me around, and was friendly. Nonetheless, I was not ready to buy which I mentioned to him, still he continued doing his job. I asked him about the Avocado brand, Tony said we don't have it......here is where all went south.... Another store associate, who was sit and name didn't get, said: we don't have those brands here, there is a store two miles from here, "go there and nock yourself out", I got so surprise by his words, Tony tried to fix it, but he added "she just said she is not ready to buy". I answered perhaps I was but you have lost my business. He was dismissive and said "go go there" and made a moment with his hand for me to leave. I left the store in completed disbelief of what just had happened and the horrible interaction. Tony you were doing a great job but the other associated made the entire experience horrible. I hope something is done about it, however, if he is the store manager I doubt something will be done. Side note: Tony was showing me a mattress half of my budget, already a great shopping hunt! Still, I wanted to see all those fussy brands which are on my budget range.

Natasha at the Everett MA location is without a doubt one of the best Salesperson I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had an issue I was trying to resolve for quite some time so I went the Everett location and Natasha went above and beyond to help me. It was no easy task but she didn’t stop till she took care of my issue. Mattress Firm is lucky to have her!!! She is the best!!! UPDATE. Lynn from the Everett location is new there but already is as polished as an old pro. She helped me with an issue tirelessly till it was resolved!!
