The young lady kept cutting me off and clearly did not want to help me at all. I work as a receptionist and I constantly am picking up phone calls and dealing with clients, and I get if you hate your job, but that does not (and should never) excuse lack of politeness and unwillingness to listen and help. When I went there, she still had the same attitude. Gotta work on those customer service skills. ~bruna

On May 31 2022, in the process of them replacing my windshield, the Safelite tech broke my rear view mirror. They informed me that they would replace it. It’s now August and I have not heard back from the shop about replacing my rearview mirror. I’ve called them twice to follow up and both times they said that the part hasn’t been received but they would get back to me. It’s incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable that I’m the one who has to chased him down for updates. It is obvious that is not a priority for them. I will never go to that shop again, and I would never recommend anyone to go there either. They break customers property and then lag their feet in addressing the issue. ~Jenn

READ EVERYTHING: I'm still sitting in the waiting room. I'm sweating because it's hot in here. After an hour I talked to the service manager, said it would be another 1 to 1.5 hours. So I walked home. They only had one mechanic on duty and were shorthanded with several cars in the bay already. I get it, it's easy to be frustrated, but they're doing the best with what they got. Saying that, this place is in the process of being converted into a Mavis tire, which makes me pause, because this used to be a place I could go for all my vehicle needs, now I can't even get an inspection, even though it's still listed on the window as a service that's provided. There's a coffee machine in the waiting room, but no coffee pods to be found. Dirty bathroom, dirty everything really. But the place has it's charm. The vending machines were fully stocked. And while they didn't do inspections now, the guy at the counter suggested a place. They had the tires I needed in stock compared to surrounding places that didn't. This is my second time here. Still waiting on my vehicle to be done, but I have patience. I'd ask Mavis to invest more time and money to get this place rocking, otherwise it doesn't look promising. There's good employees there. Edit: vehicle just got in. All I needed was 4 new tires. I made an appointment at 1230. It's 4:30 now. The employee was very kind and apologetic. Just lucky I have the day off, unluckily my wife is at home with a newborn. So, there is no happiness. I can really appreciate the employees. Especially JR and Nick. They took the time to talk to me about what's going on, even on their short break. Definitely will be coming back because of them. ~Dan

Story time. I went to these 'people' to have my heater core fixed. They did a good enough job with that but they did a sloppy job of putting stuff back where it belonged. If you don't know anything about heater cores, they have to disassemble the dashboard of a vehicle to get to it. Anyway, after they supposedly finished the job and I paid them, I noticed a small scratch on the dashboard that wasn't there before and and my auxiliary cord in a pile in a storage area, underneath the radio and near the gearshift. My first thought was that they forgot to connect it. Let me tell you something. I was wrong as one can be about that. They claimed my aux cord was LIKE that when I brought it to them., This is B.S. because I used it before I brought it in and it was working and not in a pile disconnected. After I made a big deal about it, they agreed to fix it. They connected the wires all wrong so it didn't work. I went back to them and demanded that they fix it. They said it couldn't be done. We got into a huge argument about it and they lost a customer because they can't admit when they mess up and can't fix something. They probably rushed the job. I later found out that when they were taking the dashboard apart to fix the heater core, they threw or broke part of the connectors for the aux. That is not something that happens if someone is not rushing. If you find yourself desperate enough to go to them, keep them A WAY from anything electronic and just pray to God your repair is not a rush job. ~Edinalva

I was dreading to go to pick out a mattress because had felt overwhelmed looking online and didn't want to deal with the whole sales process, but could not have been more pleased with my experience here! Tony helped me through the process and was great to work with. Was totally upfront with me regarding the mattress, let me try out different ones and didn't rush me or pressure me into a certain one. I strongly recommend Andrade. Customer attention is just the best. They really work hard on your vehicle but they really care your pocket by having really reasonable price.
