I never really leave reviews but the attitude received through the phone from the sales associate (not sure what they're called) was extremely unnecessary. The young lady kept cutting me off and clearly did not want to help me at all. I work as a receptionist and I constantly am picking up phone calls and dealing with clients, and I get if you hate your job, but that does not (and should never) excuse lack of politeness and unwillingness to listen and help. When I went there, she still had the same attitude. Gotta work on those customer service skills.

I was in this store yesterday... i never ever ever in my life has such bad experience in my life. I was sick she treat me so badly. People always say that she is bad with customer service.. i hate have to say this but you can not have such bad employe treating us so baddly. She pretends that she dont speak portuguese... such bad customer service... omg be better. Her name is thais. And nobody in everett thinks she is good at her job. Be better!! U can not treat people like that. Si hate have to do this but being friendly with peoe is magic!!! Learn that .ii ask her to have a sit because i was shaking she told me that it was my problem and i could not sit.... awfull

Bought a screen protector and within 2 weeks it started getting bubbles in it/not very happy.. but on the other hand when they get the screen protectors in they will give me a new one just sucks to have to go back and forth..

ElHorrible place n treatment. I was there to buy a phone and this young lady couldn't stand up to show me the options. She suggested me to buy in best buy cuz she was busy texting someone else.

Of all the metropcs store I find this store amazing the girls there helped me a lot and they are also really friendly. They know what they are doing and that's what it matters. Thank you girls for doing a great costumer service 👍🏻
