Best car accessories store in Everett, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

On May 31 2022, in the process of them replacing my windshield, the Safelite tech broke my rear view mirror. They informed me that they would replace it. It’s now August and I have not heard back from the shop about replacing my rearview mirror. I’ve called them twice to follow up and both times they said that the part hasn’t been received but they would get back to me. It’s incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable that I’m the one who has to chased him down for updates. It is obvious that is not a priority for them. I will never go to that shop again, and I would never recommend anyone to go there either. They break customers property and then lag their feet in addressing the issue. ~Jenn

Vito's shop did an amazing job on my car when it was vandalized. He really went the extra mile to help me deal with all the red tape and get my car back to me good as new!
