Excellent value and service at Macy furniture store. Sales person was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient. Bought recliner and two mattress sets. Highly recommend.

Between construction and merchandise delays most stores are doing their best...Hanover store has great closeout sales right now..takes patience but its totally worth it

Small store. Doesn't carry plus sized coats. When I asked ( nicely ) if they were located in a different section the woman working there was really rude about it.

Worst Macys ever!! Wouldn't recommend. I bought a lot stuffs but couldn't pay because all the cashiers were closed, I walked the entire store looking for help and when finally met a employee she wasn't able to help too.
