Super slow drive thru pharmacy. Having 2 drive thru lanes is pointless if there's only one person handling the drive thru. smh.

They we're the only Pharmacy that had a specific drug that we needed. Staff was very pleasant, they had to send a request to get the doctor's prescription forwarded, they did a lot of work to look after our needs.

Wonderful pharmacy! Dropped off 4 prescriptions at a moments notice as my wife had to go to the emergency room and needed them soon. They got them ready in an hour. Even got to use some coupons on the medications to save me some money. Definitely will be coming back as they are close and super convenient.

Mr Sherman and Ms Chow are excellent as are the text and going above and beyond to help you in any situation especially when you leave or have more than one home and you need a small supply of your medicine until you can get to your doctor out of town or they go above and beyond on the automated refills and also they do excellent job getting the medications filled in a proper time thank you very much for all your years of service we've been in the HEB system and using this pharmacy for over 15 or 17 years.the only time that I do have trouble is when there's a feeling pharmacist and they don't know me and I don't know them and then there's been problems when we have snow like now for a week and no service no water no food no medicine and I also have the Del Rio store that's been completely shut down for over a week now I've been having trouble getting a short supply of my medication until I can get back down there or until the trucks come through and we're under a federal state of emergency so the fill in pharmacist I've asked him to pick up the phone and call the main pharmacist I know they leave them their cell phone numbers in case it's like this but they don't want to lose their license they're pretty new pharmacist and they don't know how to do it like Mr Sherman and Mrs Chow do. The two head pharmacist Mr Sherman and Mrs Chow go above and beyond to help you in any situation that you might find yourself in whether it's weather related hurricane related freeze cold like we have now and no deliveries can come through and the other stores where you have your other home or completely shut down due to the weather.

I’ve never had a prescription ready when promised here. Long wait times and overall poor service. I plan to transfer all of my prescriptions somewhere else.

My son needed his inhaler since his run out and the app said it would be ready tomorrow and we didn’t have the time, I called and the lady was nice and agreed to do it in one hour today.
