13 Best pharmacy in Houston, Texas (TX) 2024

Wonderful pharmacy! Dropped off 4 prescriptions at a moments notice as my wife had to go to the emergency room and needed them soon. They got them ready in an hour. Even got to use some coupons on the medications to save me some money. Definitely will be coming back as they are close and super convenient. ~Brian

Pathetic, half full, $3 bag of burnt, stale HEB tortilla chips. Their chips are delicious, but obviously my fault for ordering them for home delivery. I get the picked over/non-selling product. ~Jacquelin

I got there about 5 minutes before the pharmacy closes and found that the RX was sent over to a different location. David was very nice as he offered he could get the RX ready at this location and got it ready in minutes. Thanks! ~Syed

Please do yourself a favor and go to the Walgreens next door for your medication. The customer service in the pharmacy here is terrible. My experience with this Kroger pharmacy location is totally opposite from what I experienced with the Kroger in Towne Lake. I recently moved to the area so I had to switch to this one. Nothing but problems. I’m not sure how my dr can send over 4 medications at once but the pharmacy only gets 3 of them and then gives me an attitude when I ask for the 4th. This is one of the many issues I’ve experienced in the last 2 months. Terrible customer service especially to a person who has been sick for a week and just trying to get medication to feel better. ~Bria

I drive 35 minutes to this location and enjoy it. From the flowers dept, 🌹to the sweet young lady at customer service. Always smiling. Esp the parking lot attended, "N" is always kind, very nice, and got the biggest smile. That's just really makes my day shopping there. I appreciate him more then all the other, tho.. there's a few great employees there as well!! 🎈because this gentleman seem to really love his job! Management need to give this man a big raise... ~Julie

Brought an employee by for a walk in prescription. They could see that he was in decent amount of pain and they moved his order to the front of the line. They took the time to explain and make sure he knew the directions and then reviewed his other meds with him to make sure no interactions. I know they are supposed to review but most places usually just glance over the 'any other meds' question and don't seem interested. ~Troy

Went in immediately after being treated at an urgent care center. All I needed was promethazine which is super common and was told it would be 20 min. I asked if they could rush it as I was feeling terrible, when the tech came back from speaking with the pharmacist she said it would be 30 minutes. From 20 to 30 minutes in just a few seconds? Especially when a patient is obviously feeling well? I won't be bringing my business back here again and I don't encourage anyone else to either. ~Jazmin

i've never seen a Walgreens that has ever operated like this no wonder there's no reviews on it because this is the worst place I've ever gone the staff is horrible ~brandy
