Customer service is good but they have changed my birth control pills 3 times in 6 months. I still take them to regulate my hormones. All pills have different levels of hormones. The constant changes have seriously messed my body up. They shouldn’t be allowed to do this.

Pathetic, half full, $3 bag of burnt, stale HEB tortilla chips. Their chips are delicious, but obviously my fault for ordering them for home delivery. I get the picked over/non-selling product.

This is my local HEB Pharmacy. I have been using it for a good while mostly because it’s easy pickup when I go grocery shopping although now I use it because of Mufasa (might be spelt Mutasa - sounds like the lion’s name off of the Lion King, lol). Mutasa is very knowledgeable and helpful. Just today he helped me with GoodRX to confirm that I got the best price through that website, who they support, since I don’t have health insurance. And another time he actually went into the grocery isles to look for cortisone (itching creme) because I was in my pj’s and didn’t want to physically come in the store...btw, I was at the drive-thru picking up prescriptions. What a sweetheart :) I give this HEB an A++++++++

The best customer service by a mile. Mustafa, Elaine and Cesar are amazing. Have tried walgreens and cvs and they just don't compare at all. They actually recognize you and know your name, no other pharmacy comes close. Mustafa goes above and beyond. This is for the san felipe and fountainview location.

Pathetic! Lost my prescription and insurance card. Claimed they didn't have it. Called back after 30mins saying its ready :/ Today, got two automated phone calls with same message promoting the pharmacy. I GAVE YOU MY PHONE NUMBER ONLY TO INFORM ME WHEN MEDICINE IS READY. NOT TO ROBO CALL ME

They failed to give me back my insurance card. Said they would call me back when they found it. They never called. When I called, they eventually said it was lost or had been thown away. No apology. Just a "we can give you a copy of it". Shame on you. I expect more from HEB.

I am so upset. My 17 year old daughter was allowed to pick up her medicine without me or my knowing. It's a dangerous situation. I complained to the pharmacist and No apology was made. She smiled and said maybe she looks 18? When all accounts are by birthday ! It was a known drug that can be sold on the street. I'm so disappointed with no Responsibility taken or understanding that this was wrong on their part.
