One star because we went on a Thursday night at 7:30pm. Hours on the door said they were open until 8:30pm and well as online. The store was completely closed an hour early with no explanation why, kinda strange if you ask me.

Nice place. However they only had one pair of the type I needed. Steel toed shoes last I checked had more than one type and brand in women's. Yet they did keep my size for me when we called and it was decently priced which is why I say 4 stars

Big 5 never disappoints. They always have what I am looking for and generally a few options to choose from. I have more success at finding what I need at Big 5 then another sporting goods store. The staff is very helpful and the location in Sugar House is very conveniently situated for quick trips.

It was little cramp but by far my favorite one in Utah! The staff was great and they are mostly in stock with inventory compare to other stores when I visited. Prices are unbeatable with great selection of gears and quality.

They are friendly and they have a little bit of everything. I still feel like the store is a little dated as well as the merchandise and I don't see many deals going on. They were ready to help but without them I feel like it would have taken me longer to find what I was looking for since the organization is the store is kinda organized by brands and not too much organized for gender. I find easier to shop when I know the men section is here or there. Some sport clothing is more uniform and at times it can be hard to gess is a tank top is for men or women until you see the size or try it on
