Minor update. Seems they stop answering the phone an hour before 130pm break and fails over to bogus message saying to call the number just called. So try in the morning or afternoon after 2pm. So much for calling on usual lunch time break. Have to use work time to call. Serves business purpose for me since need some Rx to function at work. Have to call in to get renewal for one Rx. Can’t use app. Nice..Prior: Not so great service anymore. Even used CVS app to renew took all day. Beware even with Goodrx, CVS has TRIPLED the price of 20 mg Sildenafil in TWO months. Whereas Walgreens has it for 1/3 the price. Clearly a ripoff. Is a triple ripoff since employer CVS Caremark Rx plan doesn't cover it when they do one of the brand names and am trying to save the plan money by using a cheap generic. Unfortunately the plan is skewed to CVS pharmacies as charges a lot more for covered Rx if fulfilled at other chains. Then the nearest CVS pharmacy won't fulfill one of my important maintenance Rx so I can function at work with mental impairments. Am expected to perform at same level as unimpaired team members despite employer gets tax benefits from having a PWD employee. So have to drive 5 miles several times a month instead of walking 2 blocks contributing to climate change although I drive a fuel miser small crossover hybrid.

They didn't have the product over-the-counter that I was looking for. The staff seem to be puzzled when I ask them about it? I think that they ought to be a little bit more knowledgeable about what's in their store.

I wish I can give 0 stars. I mean what is going on with the people today?? I just came to get the flu shot without appointment. I was told to make one online. While I was doing it my wife was going to get the Covid19 vaccine and the woman which doesn’t provide me her name told her to put those back but super rude and unprofessional. I don’t care if is not her day like we’re customers. We just decided to made an appointment with WALGREENS. Which was a success

completely useless. told me I have to have an appointment for my vaccine even though the sign reads "appointments recommended". there was no one else there and they told me they wouldn't give me the shot. the CVS website, where I tried to make an appointment, just crashes every time I use it. So, a useless trip just to be refused help.

This pharmacy is awful, lines are enormous and the techs are rude as hell. I kept telling them my sister just had a c section and needed her pain meds. They just kept taking their sweet time pretty much watching me sit there. She told me it would be a 30 minute wait and here I am 45 minutes later and still no prescriptions. I will no longer use this pharmacy. They are a flat out joke.

Terrible. One person working alone who leaves customers waiting because she is overwhelmed and has too much to handle. After waiting I am told we cannot fill your prescription after I just traveled a good distance. They couldn’t call me to tell me that before I wasted my time? Terrible!

The staff are well-mannered, understanding and, most of all; amicable. I can't count how many, well; cold: pharmacy workers, I've personally experienced, but not here! I may get my prescriptions often, but every staff member took the time to even remember my name. It's small details like that which makes this pharmacy better than the others. The pharmacy is also open on Sundays unlike many other pharmacies, which combined with their great service; it's the only pharmacy I use to have my prescriptions filled. Moreover; the prices are fair and your prescriptions are filled in as little as twenty minutes. It's a fantastic pharmacy. I would never go elsewhere for my prescriptions.

The staff here are excellent, especially whichever of the two pharmacists is working that day. (They are both terrific). They gladly answer my questions and make me feel like they sincerely care and want to help me with what's going on at the time. And they do it in a friendly manner as well. It's a relief to know they're there when you need them.

I took my 12 year old daughter in to get her Covid vaccine. She was very nervous. Both times that staff was professional and very kind and made her feel so much better. They got us in on time and the shot only took a second. Thanks CVS!

Being forced to exclusively use CVS by my insurance last year was nothing but headache, wasted time and gas. This particular midtown pharmacy inside the Target has been the only location that values my time and patronage. I gladly drive miles out of my way for this location as they seem to be the only organized CVS Pharmacy in the entire Salt Lake Valley. I’ve never shown up to pick up only to be met with “a snag in the system” or flat out blaming me for their carelessness at this location. There are 5 other locations who have all done this every time I’ve had to interact with them.
