I have been going monthly for 2 years. They are happy and helpful.

I'm honestly shocked by all the 1 star reviews. I've been coming here for years and can't think of a single bad interaction with any of the pharmacy staff. The cashier, Cindy, is always kind and helpful. From what I've seen, other patients seem to really get along with her too, with an occasional patient passing by to say hi. Whenever I request a medication, it's almost always done before the time I'm quoted. If there's an issue, they always either send me a message or call me.

The Dr.’s office called in a prescription for my husband. He never received the text that it was ready. We called 15 minutes before the pharmacy was closing and they told us it was ready and there would be no payment necessary due to our insurance. I told them he was on his way. My husband got in the car and made it by 7:02. Everyone was still in the pharmacy but they refused to give him his prescription. We will be changing pharmacies.

I cringe everything I walk up to the counter. I immediately feel like I am bothering them. They are short with me and don't want to help. I've tried killing them with kindness, but it doesn't work. They act like I'm stupid everything. I'm changing pharmacies. Not worth it.

I wish I could give a lower review ... Absolute awful customer service. Plain disrespect.. we needed up having our prescription transfered to Walgreens because Wal Mart pharmacy said they couldn't verify insurance!! But Walgreens verified it in less than 5 mins! Wal Mart was absolutely no help at all and the pharmacy manager should be fired for the terrible way he treats customers!

I’ve been trying to get a prescription filled there for over a month. I get notifications that it’s been ordered from backorder; however, no further updates. Additionally, past reviewers definitely hit the nail on the head. One cashier in particular always seems annoyed and put out. I never use to have issues there, but I can say now that I won’t be getting my prescriptions filled from this location in the future. Learn some customer service.

They have THE WORST costumer service ever! Everyone who works there is rude! I am always nothing but nice to them and I am always being talked down to and treated like I'm an annoyance. They all need a serious attitude adjustment. I work costumer service and I get it, it can be rough. I get that BUT I would never treat customers like they do. It is a total joke.

Its already a stressful time when picking up a new prescription. I have never been more disappointed in the service that I have continually received at the Harrisville Walmart pharmacy. I was told my prescription was ready and the total was $8. Just to make sure, I asked the cashier if both of my insurances had been ran. She rolled her eyes and said they didn't have my second insurance on file (This was odd to me because I pick up a monthly prescription from this pharmacy and they always run it through both of my insurances?) She took my insurance card and told me to come back in 10 minutes. I felt uncomfortable leaving my insurance info and felt is was inappropriate to be told to leave. I feel that this could've been addressed differently for example, "Do you mind waiting so we can get this added in?" After 10 minutes had gone by I came back and was treated very poorly. The lady at the pharmacy cash register made me feel like I was making her job a hassle and inconvenience, in which I had no intention to do at all. When she gave me the new price of my prescription after running it through my second insurance I was told the new price was $38. I was shocked and asked why it was more expensive after they ran my second insurance? I received another eye roll and was told to contact my insurance. I asked why it may have gone up? YET AGAIN, I received ANOTHER eye roll. The lady upfront turned to the pharmacist and asked why it would've gone up. The pharmacist shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. They both looked at me with blank stares. I will not be returning and wish I could give zero stars.

I have been their twice in the last two weeks and each time the pharmacy cashier is super unfriendly. No greeting, no conversation. The just bark commands at you. How hard would it be to ask may I see your id instead of just 'id' and look blankly at you. 'your total is 20 dollars' instead of '20'. Customer service is lost here.

I have been going to the pharmacy in Jordan Landing for years with no problems but I recently moved to the Ogden area and wanted to start getting my medications here and I have gone to them twice and both times I was treated so poorly. The pharmacist treated me like I was doing something wrong by just picking up my medications and on top of that completely violated my hippa both times I went there. I realize there is a huge epidemic with certain medications and they need to be cautious and I appreciate that they are but I also have metal plates going through my entire spine from being thrown out of a 4th story building so being felt like I'm being judged every time I pick up my medications really doesn't help my situation at all. Needless to even though I don't have rx insurance and Wal-Mart is cheap I will defiantly be going somewhere else from now on because saving a few bucks isn't worth being treated like I'm a bad person because of the medications I have to take every day in order to work and live a somewhat normal life.
