There was a mixup on my part with delivery instructions so the pizza was unsuccessfully delivered. I called the store and they were very kind and helpful and sent me out a FRESH pizza within the hour. Excellent customer service. Thanks again! 🙏

Estimated time of delivery 33-43 minutes. My order arrived 1 1/2 hours after the order was placed. I called the store at the hour mark inquiring about delivery time, I was informed that my order was ready & waiting to be delivered. So at this point my order had already been sitting under the heat lamps for more than 45 minutes. The guy on the phone told me it would be WARM when I got it & that, that's what happens when you order from a pizza place. Are you serious?! When ordering pizza you expect fresh hot pizza not warm pizza that has been sitting under a lamp. I'd get fresher, higher quality pizza buying the bottom shelf pizza out of the freezer section at my local grocery stores. I won't be ordering from Papa John's again! Poor quality & poor customer service!

We ordered an extra large pizza with half the works and half a cheese pizza. For starters, they gave us a full the works pizza. We had to wait an extra 35 minutes for them to make another pizza. Our pizza was cold and poorly cooked. The cheese pizza had little to no sauce on it. Overall a terrible experience.

The customer service is Horrible!!! I was just HUNG UP ON twice by two members of management!!! (3/7/22 10:50 AM) I asked for the name of who I was talking to as reference and was told "NO" and Hung Up after the first person yelled at me !! Unacceptable !

I called 3 times and every time I waited on hold for over 8 minutes and each time I was disconnected. So they are hanging up on me pretty much. So I can’t even order by phone. 😡

Ordered pizza today once delivery order was placed it was a 2 hour wait for delivery. I called to cancel and was told the money would not go back to my card for 3-5 business days. Wow you didn't even start making my order, took money from my account and will not give it back for 3-5 days. The man on the phone as rude when i asked why it would take so long. He cut me off and abruptly ended the call. Will not order from this location ever again.

This Papa John’s location has been great. Amid the whole pandemic and employee shortages they still deliver a quality product and within a reasonable amount of time. I’ve called competitors before and have been told many times they can’t deliver the pizza I’ve already ordered or have stopped doing delivery at a certain time. Thanks Papa John’s for keeping the Pizza flow going!

Decent pizza… terrible service. If it wasn’t good pizza it would have been one star. I work construction and ordered some pizzas for our crews and was told a 1 hour delivery. 15-20 minutes after it was supposed to arrive I’m told it will be another 15-20 minutes. I was told “sorry we had several orders who had given more notice”. Even if I didn’t place the order with as much advance as others if they can’t deliver in an hour they shouldn’t have said they could.
