Best pizza delivery service in Salt Lake City, Utah (UT) 2024

Estimated time of delivery 33-43 minutes. My order arrived 1 1/2 hours after the order was placed. I called the store at the hour mark inquiring about delivery time, I was informed that my order was ready & waiting to be delivered. So at this point my order had already been sitting under the heat lamps for more than 45 minutes. The guy on the phone told me it would be WARM when I got it & that, that's what happens when you order from a pizza place. Are you serious?! When ordering pizza you expect fresh hot pizza not warm pizza that has been sitting under a lamp. I'd get fresher, higher quality pizza buying the bottom shelf pizza out of the freezer section at my local grocery stores. I won't be ordering from Papa John's again! Poor quality & poor customer service! ~Jennifer

Love Pizza Hut the pizzas were excellent. (Spicy Hawaiian and spicy pepperoni) the spicy was really really spicy a lot better than I had expected. Delivery time was a bit longer than what they had estimated but overall a great experience. I remain a happy (and full) customer ~J.s.

First the order was given to the wrong person we were notified after already waiting an hour. When the order finally arrived we were missing multiples sauces and the Shaq pizza was not as described, I called the store to let them know and ask if there was any way we could get a credit or discount for our next order. They told me they would credit the sauces and could possibly give me a discount on my next order. In frustration I said thank you very much I would appreciate that and hung up. I should have looked through the whole order before I called. When I called again I expressed my understanding for them trying to rush the order back out to us, but in doing this the quality of the food was poor. I was then asked if I could recite the ingredients of the buffalo chicken papadia and practically berated when I didn’t know the base of that particular recipe. Then the manager told me it was a new cook and again, I was sympathetic, but I said it was not my job to check the new hires preparation of my order and all I was asking for was a refund on the wrong item, nothing else! The manager then told me he would give me a credit after giving me the run around and never once saying he was sorry if, never expressing any sympathy towards me, the customer who can’t enjoy my food because I didn’t get the right order and it’s now been 2 hours since I placed my order. After that call we received another call saying I would not receive a discount after the verbal abuse. I know all the calls are recorded and though I was frustrated, I kept my composure and didn’t not speak to them rudely. It wasn’t until the MANAGER spoke to me the way he did about me not knowing the ingredients, even though I am not his employee! Even still I did not yell and say mean things. ~Kylar
