I shouldn't even give it a one. Stopped in there tonight and my son went in and bought a lighter, he was outside smoking by my truck and the guy comes out and asks if he's asking us for money, my son said no he's with us so the guy goes back inside and sends out another employee to sit there and watch my son. I think that was so disrespectful

What a change! I used to visit this location regularly as it’s the closest location to my house. However a year ago I began to drive to the 500 s Maverik because this Maverik went down hill. Yesterday I came by for the first time in over a year and it looked like a completely different store! They had everything I was looking for in stock, the employees were super friendly. I got talking to Jaron the store manager, in addition to being super friendly, he explained that he has only worked there since March. Awesome job to Jaron and his employees. Count me in as a happy return customer!

Oh man where do I start! This Maverik is the greatest! My boss and I go here on a daily basis and all the workers there are so awesome. The day and the night manager do a great job keeping this place looking and running amazing. They have great customer service and know how to keep customers coming back! We never leave without a smile. We love being neighbors with this awesome Maverik team!

Last time I went here they explicitly refused to enforce the county mask mandate. I asked the cashier why and he just told me they couldn't kick people out. I contacted the corporate Twitter and got a canned response. Won't shop there again.

The bald guy that works in the morning is very annoying. It’s 6:30 am and he drills me with questions. I DO NOT WANT TO DONATE MY CHANGE. They never have torpedos or burritos ready in the morning. And there are always homeless people begging for change outside.

I don’t have high expectations for gas stations, which is why I give this a higher rating. Yes, compared to most other Mavericks, this one is not glamorous, however, it is sufficient for what I get when I go, usually an Icee. There is an older lady, Denise, who is super friendly and always talks to you. She has multiple jobs and she still manages to make you feel welcome. I’m always impressed by her positive attitude especially by knowing how exhausted she must be. It’s definitely one of their smaller locations and they won’t be able to remodel because of the size, but it has what you need. It is true that there are no public restrooms, but there are other nearby places to use the restroom if needed. But, I think it’s still a decent place to go.

Normally a big fan of Maverik, but I usually go out of my way to avoid this location. I've arrived numerous times to find the store's entire supply of coffee empty. Other times, the coffee was cold. Today, there seemed to be enough coffee, however there was no liquid cream (half and half). Furthermore, the customer service experience seems to totally depend on who's behind the counter that day. There's an older, friendlier group of employees some times and a younger, more careless crew other times. Hopefully the company can turn this location around, because it appears busy most times I drive past it to find another nearby store.

Was on a trip out of state and stopped here on the way back after seeing a friend downtown. Got gas and a bunch of snacks and the employee absolutely refused to let me use the restroom, stating they were closed for the night. A mom and her two toddlers came in and bought some gas as well and when one of the toddlers needed to pee the employee gave the same excuse. Pretty messed up to close PUBLIC bathrooms even to paying customers. The employee was rude as hell too.
