Under new ownership, and it’s now the best restaurant in Salt Lake City. No joke. Made to order lo mein, fried rice, and hands-down the best fried chicken in Utah. The owners are incredibly nice and hard-working, too. ~Parker

What a change! I used to visit this location regularly as it’s the closest location to my house. However a year ago I began to drive to the 500 s Maverik because this Maverik went down hill. Yesterday I came by for the first time in over a year and it looked like a completely different store! They had everything I was looking for in stock, the employees were super friendly. I got talking to Jaron the store manager, in addition to being super friendly, he explained that he has only worked there since March. Awesome job to Jaron and his employees. Count me in as a happy return customer! ~Eric

What a rare gem this is—a little market like the little neighborhood grocery stores that existed before supermarkets became the norm. A variety of foods, non-grocery items, cold beverages, soft serve ice cream, fountain drinks —and gas pumps! Like an independent 7-11 but with a kinder vibe. The staff is friendly and takes time to chat with customers between sales. I had a neighborhood market like this growing up and it feels like a bit of home when I shop here. ~Kathleen

Went In To Shop Being This Is The Closest Store Near Me And I Do Not Have A Car.. Needed House And Hygiene Supplies Worker Followed Me Around Due To Da Way I Dress And Look And Then Told Me To Pay Now Or Leave Yet I Wasn’t Done Shopping.. He Literally Grabbed Me And Kicked Me Out. I Showed Them My Money My Card And My EBT Card, reassuring Them I Was An Honest Customer Who Is Trying To Pay For Products Needed And They Treated Me Hatefully.. Very Poor Customer Service. Made Me Feel Less Then And That Isn’t Okay. And This Is Why Da World Is Coming To What It Is And Filled Of Hate! ~Jazmin

I went to do a cash app deposit, had my bar code ready so that way I don’t get charged. I deposited 20, before I left the store I saw 19 dollars in my account so I’m like cool, I don’t mind a dollar (must have been from cash app) 10 mins later I’m missing another 5 dollars. So I pretty much lost 6 dollars when It should have been free. Not a good store, they’ll get over on you if you let them. On top of all this, they don’t answer their phone. Called a total of 4 times ~Max

Bring a chair and watch the bliss of saltlake city unraveling in front of you . I kid you not I've seen everything here ! From road rage to attempted stabbings . It's a 100% . This place is disgusting inside. The workers are great. But there is never any soda in the soda fountain machine, never any fresh food. The hot dogs never have any buns to go with them. I wish this place would get purchased by Maverick and fixed up! I'm not going in here ever again. ~Overland

I go here a lot because of any station in my area it's my favorite. Always clean and well stocked. The staff is professional and friendly. Prices are what is to be expected in this area. The car wash is ok, good for a quick wash. Overall I really am happy this store is so well maintained and a pleasant place to shop. ~Heather
