The Associate, on Sunday Morning, does a great job at maintaining the Store. Although, there are Products that used to be available that are no longer available. I have to go across the Street to Jackson to find those Products.

I went to do a cash app deposit, had my bar code ready so that way I don’t get charged. I deposited 20, before I left the store I saw 19 dollars in my account so I’m like cool, I don’t mind a dollar (must have been from cash app) 10 mins later I’m missing another 5 dollars. So I pretty much lost 6 dollars when It should have been free. Not a good store, they’ll get over on you if you let them. On top of all this, they don’t answer their phone. Called a total of 4 times

Homeless people begging everyone for money as you walk in. No enforcement of loitering.

me and my minions were at 711. i like the store its cool. only thing is the homeless needs to stop loitering and harassing other customers for money and food. its getting annoying. i definitely recommend hiring security. but that's just me. - Shredder

Worst customer service. Don't now how they do things in there side of the world but here we treat people with respect. Sorry you guys put the large cups in the medium cup holders an try to charge me for a large. Then I said okay I'll get the medium cup. Then you said just give me the 1.60 or get out. Like who do you think you are? Worst customer experience. I recommend people go to the loves up the road.

This store, is a joke. One week ago, tomorrow. They charged me $94.00, for a pizza & 3 1litter bottles of soda. $94.00 for what should have been $11to$12. Keep in mind this was charged towards my food stamps. and it took ALL😗, of my food stamps for the month that I had left. So far, they have refused to 1. Fix it or even try. They should be closed down

Middle East employee was very rude. I asked for a ketchup pack for my 711 Beef & Bean burrito. The employee ignored my question 2 times as he was clearly annoyed that he was talking to a Caucasian man and finally rudely said without looking “NO” I said you didn’t even look. I then said why don’t you stock the condiment bar or cook some piZzas? Pizza was what I went into the store to purchase. None of the hot food was made, the store looked like it hadn’t been clean in along time. I have seen this employee many times prior, and he is always in a bad mood unless he is talking jihad with the other taliban people. I will not be going to this 711 anymore

Love when they have there hit beverages why size for a dollar. I usually buy 2 every day. Just wished that they would sell their chai tea latte mix that they use in their machines to purchase because they are 1 of only 2 flavors and brands that I like it of all the mix and chair tea latte's I've tried it had. Every day at least 2 from 711. Would love to talk to corporate about getting them to sell their product in bulk. It would be worth it whatever the price if reasonable I wouldn't mind paying.

The place is a joke the employees are extremely rude, the place is very dirty. They have a bunch of homeless people sitting outside asking people for money all the time and the store just allows it. Their cigarettes are more expensive than any of the other 7-Elevens in the area. So if you can avoid this 7-Eleven at all costs I recommend it.
