This store has some of nicest clerks. I enjoy thrifting and this is a favorite of mine. Usually well stocked!

Donated a ton of video game stuff and a dryer i shop here often, but was disappointed by the prices they put on the items. They wanted $100 for a dryer i only paid $50 for and the videogames didn't see the light of day in that store. Its sad how greedy and pretentious these thrift stores have gotten and they always have the nerve to ask to round up

Unfortunately, this was the worst Goodwill I have ever patronized. The store was just junk. Unorganized, very foul smells on clothes, and the prices were ridiculously expensive. The staff was not very helpful or friendly. This store needs serious intervention.

Not much for plus size Ladies...plenty of stuff animals...lots of "regular" shoe sizes available...NICE dining/kitchen furniture.

The prices at any of the Mobile Goodwill stores are too high. Used items at full price. I shop in Mississippi now.

Prices are a little over inflated. Store is organized and has good variety. Really need to go on the days when they have specials, but even though I think they bumped the price up to bring it back down. I will say the employees are very pleasant and inviting. This is a charitable organization so if I find a good deal I don't mind paying a few extra dollars.

Goodwill will not let you try on clothes. I bought 4 ladies shirts on Friday...Brought them back to exchange for 4 ladies shirts on Monday..Because the cashier rung them up as t shirts, they would not l et me exchange all four shirts except for t-shirts S, I told the cashier I didn't know how they were rung up. She refused to let me exchange them except for t shirts. So frustrating.
