No matter how busy the workers are, they are always polite to me. Imagine their day - they are so busy that they never get to sit down. I wonder if they get to take a bathroom break. They have customers at the drive through, on the internet, on the phone, and in the store. Meanwhile the man is delivering more medicine that needs to be inventoried. They multi-task the best they can. They are heroes. God bless them and I thank them for their hard work. Yes, they are busy and you need to be patient, but they have always been kind to me. I've been coming to this location for quite a while now with no problems.

THIS PHARMACY IS THE WORST!! I just waited in a line of 15 people crowded together after I came down here because they called me and told me my prescription was ready and I finally get to the cashier and they don't even have my prescription ready. Now they tell me I have to wait 45 minutes to get my prescription! And this isn't a rare occurrence. They don't talk to the customers and when you do ask them a question they give you a rude remark or they act like they're too busy to do anything but they're not actually doing anything! Someone really needs to get new employees at this place because I am not coming back here again.

HORRIBLE PHARMACIST! I went to this horrible place to pick up my prescription and I wanted to ask the pharmacist a question and I heard when she told the technitian that she did not have time for that!!! When she came I was already gone, it made me so mad what she said!!! That’s her job!!! This rude pharmacist’s name is Silva and she should chill out because it is nobody’s fault that she has a miserable life!!! She looks like mean old lady!!! I feel horrible for the poor staff that work with her!!!

I literally hate this Walgreens, no matter what time you go in here the workers always act like they’re so busy and they’re not actually doing anything even in the pharmacy. They will answer, not saying nothing, put you back on hold and leave you on hold the whole time. Just an example of today I haven’t even talked to a person yet. Pharmacy answers you can hear them in the back and then they put you back on hold. The line for the drive through is always so backed up, like these people don’t like working at all. How long does it take you to grab medication and hand it to the person in the drive thru? Come on now, they are literally the worst and I hate this Walgreens with a passion.

I just spent over 100.00 in this store. I was outside putting my things together while waiting for my ride and an employee came out to tell me that I couldn't stay there all night. Why would I want to stay in front of a walgreens all night? She was wearing a red antler headband. I have never had a problem with walgreens before this. I know it's hard to find good help these days, but that was ridiculous.

the worst treatment ever imaginable for a healthcare worker. the pharmacy technician named Ana V, treated us like animals in our visit for a COVID 19 test. managers should demand more respect from this person.

The pharmacist at this location is top notch! Silva gives amazing customer service, is kind, friendly and goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her patients and their families. She’s by far our favorite pharmacist and has helped our family many times; with questions about fevers in our children/medicine to use to helping get my husband’s medicine On time when we were in a pinch. Silva is the best!

Worst experience at this Walgreen. They did not want to return a defective DVD player to their location although receipt says if its not a promotional item they can receive it. Another Walgreens told me DVD or not considered promotional so she should have taken it. All in all the manager was being lazy and rude. Not to mention she put down a customer before I had gone up saying to her coworker thank goodness you get to leave Im stuck here. I believe if yo are unhappy either get a new job or learn to be kind even on crabby days. Walgreens will no longer be getting by business thanks to the associate and manager at this location.

Went to fill a prescription and the "pharmacist" Lindsey Shaw took a look at it doesn't go to the computer or anything and tells me it failed their good faith policy and I could not fill at any Walgreens again. There was literally no reason given, the whole time from the time I handed her my scripts till the time she told me that was less than a minute. But sure enough I go to another Walgreens and a flag has been put on my account. I had filled at that Walgreens for years. never complained and was not given a reason for the flag by the "pharmacist" the store manager or when I complained to corporate other than when I went back to ask why she told me it was because my medicines where from 2 different dr's and they could not be mixed despite the fact I've been on the same medication and the same doctors for 8 years and have filled at that pharmacy for 6 of the past 8 years. I called both my Dr's to ask and both laughed and said whatever the reason for her saying that it was not medically motivated. I have to say this is not the only Walgreens where the "pharmacists" treat you like crap because they prejudge you based on what your taking or your appearance. IF you don't want to risk being banned from every Walgreens avoid this location at all costs. I'm an IT Network Engineer & a small business owner and was well dressed and respectable the entire time even after being upset. Pharmacists get to hide behind a company policy and treat whoever they want like crap. based on their own personal beliefs and opinions.
