Truly a disaster in every way. Employees are lethargic and uncooperative. In particular, the pharmacist was extremely rude and talks down to all customers. This is not a place worth going to. The CVS on Louetta or Walgreens in Vintage Park are materially better options. Avoid this place, if possible.

My favorite CVS Pharmacy, probably because I wear scrubs all the time & we all know membership his it's privileges. Apart from a very Rude & unprofessional Pharmacist encounter once in 14 years, they're good.

I really wish I could put 0 stars. But I have to put something. These people here are always getting prescription wrong. Their attitude sucks. Has no consideration for people's medication, and they don't really care. Absolutely all the time, get the medication wrong. Also, text a week later That medication is ready. When we get there no medication at all, we will have to wait another day for It. terrible here!

I needed a passport ID for class as soon as possible. We had called in first to make sure they had paper. Kelley, who also answered the phone, was at the register was sweet enough to get her own jacket from her car when I wasn’t wearing the right shirt. Very kind and funny, if she ends up reading this thank you so much! :)

My family and I came in for our Covid vaccines and also needed to get invitations for my daughters birthday. This was between 2:30-3pm 05/22/2021. I used the Kodak machine and the preview had all the correct information on it so I went ahead and printed them. When the first one came out I noticed there were words missing so I quickly explained this to the lady working hoping that she could maybe stop the printing of the other 24 invitations. She went on to blame the Kodak machine and say that's just how it works there is nothing I can do about it. I went on to explain that put more information on the invitation than what printed. She then turned the blame on me and told me that I had to go in and put all the information in there for it to show up. I explained again that I had done all those things. She then got an attitude and said "Look you either want them or you don't, there's nothing I can do. So, what?" She was so rude and disrespectful that I just agreed to pay for them so I could get out of the store. I immediately went to Walgreens and got them redone. That was the second & last time I will ever go into that store.

Several times I have gone and they allow someone to block the drive thru line for over 20 mins, yet every time I get asked to move aside until my order is ready, eventhough I get a text saying it is ready 🤷♀️ and twice I've had a pharmacy tech get snippy with me. If my insurance allowed me any other business to go to, I'd dance my way over to them and forget CVS

Said my test results would take 1-2 days. Then they said 3-5. Then 6-10. It’s now been 14 days. I still don’t have my results. I have kids to feed and I need to be able to go back to work. CVS has all kinds of smart people working for them. It’s not rocket science to figure out how many appointments they can book, and if they can’t do the simple math it takes to not overbook themselves, then being honest about the wait time is the least they could do for the sake of their patients. It’s not hard. But they don’t care about actually getting people their results. They‘re just trying to line their pockets off this pandemic.
