This company really knows what they are doing. They put some extra touches in our camper that we really appreciate. It is a used jayco, but a step up from what we had previously. Joel was accommodating for the things we wanted done and Larry worked hard to pull it all together in a few days. Our old camper pulled really hard and was hard on our truck. The shop guys adjusted our hitch and the newer camper pulls great even though it is heavier. And you can't beat their prices. They price lower than the bigger companies. We will definitely send people their way. Thanks Joel, Elliot, Ryan, Larry and all the guys!

We were camping at the Amana RV Park when our furnace stopped working. ATC RV Center was recommended to us. We were leaving that day and unfortunately they couldn't fit us in for the repair. Elliot was very apologetic and felt bad they couldn't help us out. Before we left we got a call from Elliot giving us a name of a repair service at our next destination. A little while later we got a call from the repair service at our new destination saying that Elliot had called them and told them to give us a call. Elliot didn't have to do that, but it was much appreciated. It saved me a lot of time. If we are ever in the area again and need service we will call ATC RV Center.

It's been a little more than a month since we took our fifth-wheel here under "emergency" conditions. Most full-timers ALWAYS go to repair shops with that in mind. They were awesome, treated us as valued customers, and got our rig fixed (and correctly, too) within an hour and a half, and had us back on the road. I can honestly say that they had their A-Team on it that day, but I think that's the only complement of employees that they have every day. Thanks again!

We had an awning tear while in Hannibal, Missouri. I called ATC and let them know we would be there in a couple of days. They had us stop in on our way to the RV park for a measurement. Two days later the new awning was in and installed. Shout out to everyone in the office and to the techs that installed it. Got us back on the road in our scheduled time. Took great care to make sure the air was on to keep our dogs cool. Thank you ATC RV!

I have to follow up on my earlier review. After our very positive experience in getting our wiring and generator problems fixed, we had the ATC RV team replace the water damaged flooring in our recently purchased used motorhome. We also had the shower replaced along with the shower skylight. The work was absolutely outstanding. This was not a cheap repair but the bill was very fair for this labor intensive project. Jeff and Josh and the team replaced the damaged subfloor and replaced the old dirty carpet with new wood grained vinyl. It looks like a brand new RV! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accessible. Recently. we had some road issues (blowout, damaged holding tank). Jeff responded with suggestions for temporary repair until we return to Iowa and suggested a fair price should we need to replace it. I won't take my RV repair business anywhere else. To be clear, I'm not a guy who generally writes reviews. These comments are unsolicited and based entirely on our experience with this business.

I have bought and fixed so many things here that I think I could give a fair assessment of this place: Oil and filter maintenance changes; repair of baggage storage locks (all of them were in bad shape when I purchased this RV); adding lock to tires rim (for safety in my way tot he South); fuel pump repair for my Onan generator; a "service engine soon" warning light; the main door's lock that my son busted during a thunderstorm; and even buying and installing a second AC for my 2003 Damon Daybreak RV. Even though they were always busy, they managed to do these jobs well in different occasions. I think they did a pretty decent job most of the time in spite of their busy Summer schedule. In one occasion, for instance, I showed up announced to ask them to fix my main door lock and that Saturday the owner himself happened to be there alone and he managed to fix it the same day I went to. So I appreciated that very much. I also got my baggage fixed a second and third time without extra charged even though I know that this particular type of RV had some serious issues with the baggage storage doors (I knew that before I bought the RV from a forum but I didn't think it was so bad). Having said all these positive reviews, I must also admit they are not inexpensive. Perhaps because they are the only RV center who do this type of jobs in the Cedar Rapids metro area (that I am aware) they charge more than $100 an hour. Yet they do a fine job and I appreciate their work and patient advice to explain things since this is my first RV ever and I wanted it to be in top condition for a long trip. The service clerk and their mechanics were always very friendly and kindly answered a multitude of questions I had about this big machine.
