AMAZING customer service!!! Was visiting Boone Scenic Railway with my daughter, and the wind pulled my awning half off my RV. Traveling without with my hubby, was afraid to make matters worse by messing with it. Pulled in to Moffitt's and was immediately greeted by two of the mechanics who went and got the service manager. He was awesome! Wasn't able to fully fix due to the crazy winds, but secured it so we could drive. Then pulled the coach up to the sidewalk with step side service! THEN when I asked what I owed, he replied "just have a nice day, how about that?" 🙂 Did I mention we had never been there before, didn't buy our motorhome there, and they were very busy and didn't have to help at all???? That is what you call WOW customer service!!! VISIT THIS BUSINESS FOR TOP NOTCH SERVICE!

Every time I have been there, the staff has been friendly. I mostly use Service, and the one experience that stands out was how far Tyler was willing to go to help me fix my problems and explain them to me.
