I'm just getting into the "sport" of golf, and I really have no idea what I'm doing, nor what I need. I went here to play it again, and the boys there stopped at nothing until I had what I needed to start my journey of anger and disappointment. Perfect place for finding a used baseball glove, golf clubs, or any Sporting tool that's needed.The owner and his son were very professional, and accommodating,urchased a few old pieces of sports equipment that I had from my glory days of playing organized sports.The store was crammed with treasures and easily accessable to get to. Horrible customer service. Offered me practically nothing trying to rip me off like I’m stupid. Not kind and unable to communicate or negotiate. I wouldn’t recommend.

Sold some gear. They Paid a mere pittance but it was convenient. They bought off season gear, which many places don't. They have a great selection. Loads of parking and reasonable prices overall.

Supposedly the guy I spoke too has been buying gear for 30 years. Well he obviously is a cheapskate and probably doesn't have the same sales as the play it again sports in Orem does. Play it again sports I. Orem will pay you TOP dollar for your gear. They gave me $700 for a set that this location wouldn't even make me an offer on. He's the kind of person that wants to be something for pennies and sell it for hundreds. Play it again sports in Orem does nothing of the sort. They will give you 50% and sometimes 55% of the price they sell your gear for. Which Is fair because I am thankful to have the Orem location make money and stay in business. So take your stuff to the Orem location.

This store is great. I didn't find everything I wanted to but with used stuff you can't expect everything. The guy that was working seemed extremely busy but still was very attentive and was very helpful. I really did appreciate that he made sure that everybody that came in was masked. They had alot of ice skates (none my size) and tons of ski gear. If you are looking for outdoor sports gear this is the place to go

Called to ask whether or not I could sell back some disc golf discs even though they have another person's number on them (I bought them used, didn't make my bag), and employee said it was fine. Arrived, and the manager (long blonde hair, extremely rude) said he wouldn't accept them. Why give me the run around on the phone? I've bought plenty of discs from your store, and I've even sold used ones here, why tell me something on the phone and then do the opposite when I arrive at your store? The older guy with the beard that works here has always been kind and a nice guy to chat with about disc golf, and I've sold discs I own to him with no issues. I'm not sure I'll be coming back here, awful customer service and the rude treatment from blonde guy was enough to take my business elsewhere.

I love this place! The gentleman that’s often there is super knowledgeable (I didn’t get his name) and their selection is great. I was especially surprised by their ice skating selection and winter gear. My figure states were half the price of a new pair and hardly used. They also came sharpened. They’ll sharpen skates for $5. I’ll always check here before buying new or used elsewhere!
