9/2022- Target in Hanover is newly renovated and looks great. But what’s “extremely impressive”is the great attitude everyone that works there has. It makes for such a great shopping experience to have people go out of their way to bring you to an aisle when you’re looking for some thing! They are very happy to do it ! Great vibes! I have looked in many stores for a tower fan of which they either had non or very few . These fans are also wonderful in the winter changing the air around the room and some of them have “white noise” settings which is very calming. (Just don’t have any fan blowing around your face it will dry out your throat and eventually your lungs!) First a nice young man insisted on bringing me to the fan isle. If you need a fan this is the place to go! Then a wonderful manager showed up taking a lot of time checking all the prices for me because as you will see in my many pictures there are a ton of “all types” of fans , a few were in the wrong price section, he also gave me information about them! He knew I was looking for the cheapest one due to my finances . But he gave me a discount for the inconvenience of having to find the correct prices. Him being that nice was such a good feeling it made my day!!! It also made me so happy because I could then buy one with more settings. Thank you🙏your a great person!You made it a pleasure to shop at Target 👍

Store is overall a good shopping experience. Do not order on line pick up. Says 2 hours. I waited 48 hours and my order still wasn’t filled.

There are always inventory carts/flatbeds in the aisles. Shelves are in disarray, and many items are left out of stock. I avoid shopping here when possible.

Every Target is a disgraceful mess now. What is going on with these stores? This Hanover store is just like the rest of them. The employees do not straighten up aisles, put clothes back on racks and shoes back on shelves! Isnt this what employees do, especially before closing or opening the store? How do they still even operate like this!??

I was shopping on Friday and saw some boxes laying around so I asked if I could take them. Those boxes were reused by Target but a very nice woman named Vee walked to the front of the store got a carriage and then went Into the back room and picked eight boxes for me all of different shapes and sizes. How very kind and thoughtful thank you.!!

The entire Hanover, MA store looks like Black Friday happened. I’ve revisited 4 times in the past few weeks and regardless of time of day (morning, afternoon or evening) it looks the same.. a complete disaster. I find it amusing that it has a banner outside the store front broadcasting “newly remodeled” and you enter the store to find PILES of clothes everywhere. At one point there were trash stations (by the price checker) overflowing with garbage and an enormous pile of abandoned merchandise (which the person probably assumed was on clearance because the entire store looks like a bargain bin). Sadly, I was passed by at least several team members that never acknowledged me or other shoppers.. and even stepped over the merchandised spewed everywhere!!! What an embarrassment.

I usually avoid shopping at Walmarts because of how they make me feel. This is the first Target I’ve ever shopped at where I felt as if the employees thought I would steal something. The lady practically stood next to me and watched me at the self checkout line! Not a good feeling, especially because I’m black! I’m not usually one to pull the race card, but it appears to be the reason. Won’t be coming a back here to shop.

This place is the best Target, truly NA's last hope. The kids who push the carts outside are the best, they put the carts back so excellently and neatly. They are super nice and welcoming to the environment around them. Especially this one employee (no name though) he is the goat, best employee hands down and cares about his position. There is so much more I could say about this place, like how organized the place was, or how nice everyone was, and how great the service is. I am just going to leave this here, best Target.

Store is an absolute mess. They are rearranging shelf’s and items and their new system has stuff in places you wouldn’t think to look. There should be laws against having full size racks in middle of main aisle. If you have a baby stroller the aisles are too tight to fit their cart and a stroller. The Easton store is much nicer and staff are friendlier.

Every time I stop in to this place the people are incredibly rude. The most recent visit I only stayed a total of 10 minutes because the isles were so bad that it's impossible to push a cart down them. The clutter genuinely was upsetting and anxiety inducing. The employees were mostly standing around on their phones or aimlessly walking about. The only positive thing I can say is that the restrooms were clean. Wouldn't recommend.
