The team at Pak Mail Pittsburgh went above and beyond with my purchases from a nearby art gallery. They sent me this prior to shipping the items to Canada: "The print(s) will be covered in a layer of acid-free glassine paper and sandwiched between four sheets of double-walled corrugated cardboard to reinforce the print(s) while in transit." I'm happy to report that everything arrived safe & sound and in excellent condition. I will certainly use them again.

PakMail packed and shipped a painting to me - it was left to me by my mother and painted by my great uncle. It meant the world to me to get it and it had to shipped right. They were recommended to us by Concept Art Gallery who said they used PakMail for many of their valuable artworks, so we knew they must be good. They picked up the painting from my mother’s apartment, packed it, and took care of coordinating the shipping and insurance with FedEx. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. I received the painting today and it was expertly packed and arrived in perfect condition. I knew they would be good and they managed to exceed my expectations. Pak Mail Pittsburgh (PMP) helped me by picking up, packaging and shipping an item I had won at auction. The experience with them was smooth and professional. They were pleasant on the phone, and when I had to call to ask a question I was not made to feel like I was rushed or like I was bothering them (like some other places can do). Also, when the delivery company had an issue, they followed up to make sure that the issue was solved (the issue was completely with the delivery company and had nothing to do with PMP) and that I had received my package and that it was undamaged. Pak Mail Pittsburgh is an amazing company. I bought art off an online auction from a gallery in Pittsburgh and without ever being in Pittsburgh in person, I was able to communicate successfully with Pak Mail and get my art professionally picked up, wrapped up and delivered to me with signature drop off. They were incredibly diligent in making all my requests and pricing questions happen. I had multiple correspondences with them over the phone and e-mail to ensure my package was safe and arriving in a specific window of time. I could not recommend Pak Mail more!

First time using Pak Mail Pittsburgh after I purchased an item from a local auction house. I found Pak Mail very accommodating! I described the item and they immediately gave me a very reasonable quote. They picked up the item from the Auction House and packed it very securely to ship to my home in Texas.
