0 stars if I could , had 2 package held at this location for a week before they attempted to deliver it , then after one attempt which never should have even been an attempt because no signature was needed , I was told that I needed to pick up the packages myself . And since I can’t do that I am being told my packages are being sent back to the sender . They also are telling me that I am blacklisted from being delivered to by them because I apparently went to there location with a gun . Mind you I work everyday and have never stepped foot in this location nor even know exactly where it is at . Been told everyday for a week my packages will be redelivered just for someone the next day to tell me the latest update says I can only pick it up . So lied to time after time , been told I made threats and showed up with a gun which goes into the list with lies being told , and then on too I don’t have my packages . They won’t even send it to a location closer to my job so I can pick it up . Never using fedex again after today . Apparently you can get blacklisted from fedex for absolutely nothing , they can make up stories and hold your items just because they are fed ex

Ordered a package which had 2 day shipping. The day of it showed it was out for delivery and when I checked again it said back at FedEx. Driver had the item but didn’t bother to deliver it. Had to to pick it up at FedEx which is about an hour away.

I had made some online orders and chose to pickup in-store because I wasn't sure if I'd be home when they arrived. What I didn't expect was a fee because I had earned free shipping from the Gap family of stores. This was disappointing because I order frequently online and this was the first time I had to pay at pickup. It was 2 packages on 2 different days which totaled over $10. I don't think I will be using this method again.

After FedEx Ground said that my package was delivered but was not, calling FedEx was no help at all. I drove to this location last week and met Dave. He contacted Oaks but I still got no package. Yesterday I drove here again and spoke again to Dave. He was very helpful and sympathetic to my concern. He called the Oaks service center and later I called them. Well today, I got my package, 6 days late. Apparently FedEx has issues with contracted-out drives and employees. Instead of delivering the package they just scan it delivered. Thanks Dave.

Still waiting for them to pick up the box. They don’t know what is going to do it delivered they had it for July 2 which I thought was too fast and I found out they never picked up the box sitting there for three days coming from New York. FedEx cannot compare to UPS

FedEx customer service agent had a package sent to this location for a hold (Needed the package held since I was at work during the day.). They refused the package because they said FedEx ground is different then FedEx express. When I asked them to have it sent to a location I could pick up my package they just had me call customer service. Vicious loop, and annoying since I paid over $100 and a week later I still don't have my item.

I called in to let them know my mailman knocked on my door letting me know fed ex guy took my husband's package to the wrong house he stated he saw the package when he was delivering mail. I called into fed ex to let them know and fix the problem, but all the customer service said was she noted it and quickly said routine thank you for calling blah blah blah and hung up. Not letting me know if they would fix it or what not! I know these people are timed on calls but that pisses me off they cant act like they care! This package was important and expensive (auto parts) to just push it aside like that and if it got lost then what NOTHING because of them.
